i saw gameplays of Star Revenge 2 Night of Doom, Dark Souls with silly controllers, blind speedrun and more, but this is reaaaally hard to believe. Is the hardest achievement i have ever seen. It is not a "WR of the same game with 10000 tries", it is more interesting and funny to see.

Also, can someone explain to me this 4MI thing? Are there multiple versions? Is it all inclusive with it's content? Also is there a damn FAQ? Because this game seems to have HUGE amounts of content.

I always enjoy videos about this hack, but I have to ask -- did you use save states _at all?_ Because if you really went through the whole arena without a single rewind, I think you're the first to upload so on KZfaq!

No tools were used. The lack of non-TAS runs is what inspired me to record this. That, and I wanted to show off how to beat Cockroach Omega without triggering its counterattacks (...Though I still accidentally set off one).

Well, you've certainly practiced a ton, then! That's a very impressive feat. If I may ask, though, how do you know when Cockroach Omega is going to use specific attacks? I don't know when exactly it's going to use the targeting reticle or, worse yet, the paralyzing* laser. I haven't practiced more than an hour, but I can't recognize the pattern and they catch me off-guard all the time.

It uses the same attack pattern from Final Fantasy V's Omega. Here's the exact order, copied from a walkthrough: - 33% chance of either Atomic Ray, Delta Attack or Blaster - Wave Cannon - 33% chance of either Rainbow Wind, Flame Thrower or Atomic Ray - Wave Cannon - No interrupt: 33% chance of either Delta Attack, Blaster or Wave Cannon 33% chance of either Maelstrom, Earthquake or Rainbow Wind - Search (save target until end next turn) - 33% chance of either Rainbow Wind, Flame Thrower or Atomic Ray (on Search target) - Wave Cannon (loop) Counterattack to all HP damage: - No interrupt: Target: Random target 33% chance of either Rocket Punch, Rocket Punch or Mustard Bomb 33% chance of either Rocket Punch, Rocket Punch or Encircle The only difference with Cockroach Omega is that it creates two smaller cockroaches when the pattern loops.

Wow -- I knew that's what the boss was based on, but I didn't know it was all the way down to its attack pattern, too! That really explains a lot; thanks a lot!

@@stop2069 I know this was over a year ago, but I was feeling guilty for not following up for all this time. About a week or two after you gave me this response, I managed to beat True Arena myself without any cheating. I used E-Tanks, of course, but your video here made a huge difference in my runs. Thank you again!
