Falcon armor and stage modifications made in 2019.
Since this is a Beta version, I have not created original actions for Falcon yet.
I didn't change the terrain of the stage either.
iX is scheduled to appear in project "W", so it is undecided whether Falcon will appear as a boss.
I made the residual plasma for Plasma Charge, but I haven't made the damage judgment for this yet.
I would like to improve the number of generated residual plasmas, but it is difficult.
No text changes this time.

Beta版のためファルコン用のオリジナルアクションなどはまだ作っていません。
ステージの地形も変えていません。
project 「W」ではイクスが登場予定なのでファルコンがボスとして出るかは未定です。
プラズマチャージの残留プラズマを制作しましたが、これのダメージ判定はまだ作っていません。
残留プラズマの発生個数がやや多すぎるのもそのうち改善したいですが、難しいです。
今回はセリフなど文字の変更はありません。

Seriously impressive work on the Falcon Armor Sprites, i love seeing choreographed fights like these, im well aware of the situation with the Sprite thieves, i can only wish for your continued success, i hope you manage to complete your Patch without much trouble from the thieves, i would also like to add that your choice of Lumine's 2nd Phase theme for the fight is incredible, best of luck!

Just dawned on me that Copy X's armor is the Falcon armor from X5, which makes perfect sense as X in the Real ending of X5 declares his intentions to build neo arcadia (elysium). Just another hard point that X5 was supposed to be the end of the X series and lead directly into the Zero saga, and that everything from X6 onward is fan fiction. lol

You may singlehandedly revive interest in the Zero series if this comes out. Have you looked into the fan project, MegaMan X: Corrupted? I feel like both the creator of it, and you, are bringing some life back into the MegaMan X community.

yes i know. MegaMan X: Corrupted is probably the most famous and most epic fan game. I am also looking forward to it. It's fun to watch a project that strongly expresses the artist's color. MEGAMAN F is the work that influenced me the most. The beautiful music full of sorrow and the atmosphere of the work are wonderful. There is no other fan game in which I felt the individuality of the author so much in music.

Your work is super impressive, as always. The functioning Nova Strike and the eventual function of the Plasma Shot is incredible and I love how separate from Zero it already makes X feel. I understand the difficulty and hesitation behind the decision, but I still hope one day this hack can finally be released some day. Not that I'm asking you to right now, though.

ありがとうございます。プロジェクト「W」とは別で、ZERO3のプレイヤーがXのバージョンを仕上げる際には抜かりなくセリフも変更します。1UPとかもX用に作ります。XのほうはEXスキルなどまだ完成してないものが色々あります。

This mod still blows me away. Do you ever plan on adding the hover to it to complete the Ultimate armors skill set or are you gonna keep it at just the Plasma Shot and Nova Strike (wouldn't blame you if you did, this is all still really impressive)? Also I'm shocked you got Lumine's theme on here with this little compression, great work.

Copy x style is actually make sense when given falcon armor to it, the buster system on the ultimate armor is also amazing, will you be also implementing air dash in the process?

@@agaanugrah.a522 Air Dash can only be used by using a code at this stage. In the Zero series, you can double jump from a dash jump, but to be honest, this greatly reduces the difficulty of the game. Makes it much easier to dodge all attacks. The specifications of the X series are just right for balance.

I would like to make a normal X someday. Many creators have made Normal X in the past, but I'd like to make my own version someday. As for X, I want to have aromars 1 to 6 eventually, so I don't know yet when normal X will be made.

These are probably some of the most ambitious projects in MMZ ROM hacking I've ever seen, it's seriously impressive! Because you're not only modifying what's inside the game, you're also adding new stuff into it, and that's something not many people would take the challenge to do. Also, the three videos you've uploaded so far have created me some questions, I don't know if you would mind answering them. Here they are: 1) Did you make these by doing "raw" binary hacking? (Like modifying the game's code directly using hex editors and debugging with emulators), or did you decompile/use a decompilation of the game for the creation? 2) I know this might be obvious, but, is the music streamed? (Stored directly inside the ROM as a sound file -like .wav/.raw-, and outputted by the sound driver, that will only grab the data "as is" from the ROM). I'm sure some people have asked this information before, but I would still really appreciate if you could answer my questions. Thanks.

thank you. Created directly with a binary editor. The music is also directly in the ROM. Therefore, it should probably sound like a real GBA. I usually run it on the GBA emulator.

That's absolutely incredible! Creating new (code) scripts that way has to be really difficult! I wonder how much streamed music can the game hold, considering every inserted song must be huge... ¿Do you know about high quality mixers? They can enhance sound quality, increase performance and reduce the size of sounds through DPCM compression, but I'm not sure if you're really into sound hacking. It is also important to note that MMZ games use a mono mixer, so in order to implement a HQ mixer, one must translate all the mono sequences to stereo to avoid corruptions, and that sounds like WAY too much work (also, the HQ mixer uses more IWRAM, I don't know if that could cause issues with the game's execution). Anyways, that mixer stuff is not really important, I just wanted to let you know about it in case you didn't. Keep up the awesome job! Hope everything goes well with the project!

@@Alquirot_94 You are very knowledgeable about music. It's impossible to put a lot of music all in the same ROM without building with midi. Some music can be put in in a form close to the original by lowering the sound quality instead of midi, but basically I need to play it with midi. I'm not a music expert, so for the time being I'll try to replace the songs I use with the ROM when uploading videos. I think all the songs will be in place when a music expert joins in, or when I've mastered the art of it.

That's what I'm going to do, but if there are more and more stealers and I'm going to be mad to the extreme, I won't release it. However, it would be an act of betraying the people who are looking forward to it, so I will continue to make it on the assumption that it will be released until the very end.

That reminds of similiar hacks of the past. If X is playable in a offical/canon way, he also needs to be integrated in a believeable manner in regards to the story. 🙂
