In O.O, the pre-recorded video and sound are played, so there is no singing at the venue. However, DICE is a live performance, so they dance well and sing well. Q. Couldn't they dance properly because of the costumes? A. You can see that by comparing with DICE. Some members, such as Haewon, wear pinwheels, but in DICE, they even do dance breaks. People are making it sounds confusing tldr the O.O performance was a semi-marked performance (no need to use full energy) used in place for the pre recorded version that was playing on screen. The were just up there for the audience. It wasn't meant to be a full out performed.
