I would run it at 250psi tho ,oil doesn't cavitate at all that's why vivids use 200psi or monarch R uses 250psi the only purpose to the 500s it's for the lockup ,a feature only used quite rarely just for prevent the pedal bobbing that's the reason these shocks blow up the seal so frequently because the o-rings are at the very edge but if you run a spacer in the air can side you won't need to pressurize so much the IFP

Do you have to replace the seals in the damper? My damper makes a violent hissing noise and I think has no oil but I can't find a seal kit for the damper. Only the air can

What kind of pump did you have to use to get to 500psi? Thats a lot of pressure…
