(Angel Studios) began working on Red Dead Revolver under the oversight and funding of Japanese video game publisher Capcom in 2000. The project stemmed from Angel Studios and Capcom's partnership on the Resident Evil 2 port for the Nintendo 64. It has been stated that in its current state it resembles only a shadow of what Capcom had dreamed. It is a Rockstar creation they basically bought the rights to use the engine for the game "Gun Smoke" as well as a few other games Angel Studios had in development. Angel Studios was acquired by Rockstar Games parent company, Take-Two Interactive, in November 2002 and became Rockstar San Diego. Many of those employees still work at Rockstar but most have retired including the original CEO Diego Angel.

u can see that in rdr1 they wanted to make uncle red harlow, the glove on his burned hand, the scar, and the rest, everything pointed at him, but then in rdr2 they just didnt wanted to make red dead revolver canon

Que buenos tiempos pinches cartas bomba. Y la mama del prota tenia un arco explosivo y las scorpio estaban rotisimas Juegazo

Great game. Always preferred it on xbox. Gun was also a great western. I honestly could never get past the Mexican general mission as a kid hahaa

I played this game as a kid. I would always hate the general diego mission and i stil do. But im just going to paint this picture much clearer then mhen most people. This is Rockstars first game that put them on the map, yet there was different views on it. And in fighting cuased the game to not really be worked on becuase the capcom wanted one of those arcady shooters, vs the people who wanted a dark and go for something different which made this. Howevwr they had like what...a 6 months or a year to make this?
