Rockstar Games truely does not care about anything but GTA and the money it makes.
Bully Scholarship Edition on steam has been broken for almost 10 years! and i can't recall one thing Rockstar has ever done to improve it
luckily @CookiePLMonster was there to save us from their negligence and incompetence.

Modders have been fixing broken games since forever... The Sims 2 Objects file catastrophic bug that could ruin an entire game was such a simple fix and the modding community had it figured out almost right away. All we needed to do was make it so the objects file was read-only.

@@Sprintsthe1 no not a remaster they, they're really bad at it to remaster their own games, they should do a remake or a sequel, with added new features like learning more mixed martial arts so you can use different styles like in GTA SA, building up a gang like in the warriors to meet up with other groups to "sparr" building up muscle with workouts like in the days Warriors and gta SA, finding materials for crafting your own tools for self defense and self protection like a modified slingshot, potato thrower tool, having girlfriends and keeping them maybe marry them and make kids and build a family something new

Manhunt is broken on steam too. There’s a gate that just won’t open and you can’t go any further. You need to download a patch for it too. It’s insane to me that these companies are even allowed to sell literal broken games that don’t work on steam. It’s a huge problem with a lot of older games

well manhunt got ported onto the pc in the early 2000s so it’s kinda understandable. it’s almost a 20 year old game and hardly anyone knows about it now. i also think rockstar wanted to shift away from the edgier stuff

Big kudos to Silent, I was so sad I couldnt play Bully until I watched Berleezy play it and he used the Silent Patch, too. Thank god for Silent, because Bully is my top 3rd game of all time and I love playing it

Not really you can have a decent phone and when you try to play it, it turns into a black screen and crashes on you. But that's not way to much of a problem because modders saved that port too. But one thing that I actually hate about the port officially, is the controls. You can't even switch targets which makes the combat dumbed down. Pressing the square button and then holding it down to do a heavy attack, (but before you would do the heavy attack). You can switch to a different target to hit them with a heavy attack instead. (But Bully on console allows you to do that, so)... In the Anniversary Edition you also have Auto aim for when you're in combat which is even more annoying. Things like this makes me wonder how a Warriors port would be like on ios/android. But oh well it is what it is...

This games a damn masterpiece in every sense of the word. It's literally where boys can learn to be men, unfortunately we couldn't get a Bully 2 nor the cut content for Bully (Especially the pre alpha fighting mechanic iykyk)

wanna know a better option? there's a mod for Bully called Updated Classic (available for other Rockstar Games' games too) which brings a few fixes from the ps2 and wii versions as well as some custom additions that are lore-friendly but still cool to have in the game.. it already includes SilentPatch and it comes with the full game already installed so all we have to do is a simple drag and drop into a folder and start playing Note: Bully Updated Classic doesn't include widescreen fix because it has a few noticeable bugs that ruin the game's interface so it's best not to include it

I had no idea this mod existed. I tried to play Bully on PC YEARS ago...hold in. Let me see what I last played it *Scrolls through Steam Library* Aug 25, 2017. On Wins 10, I do believe, lol. Worked okay. Then, the last course of Music Class to finally have all classes done and free to do whatever. Could. Not. Beat. That. Class. It was....BROKEN! Time was terrible. The input delay was awful. Did not matter what I did. It did not work. I rage quit, un-installed the game, and went to do something else. Never looked at it since. But with this Silent Patch for Bully. Maybe I will try again. On Wins 11, lol.

Sadly on Windows 11 it's even worse. Even with the Silent Patch. I fixed it by using Silent Patch's built-in custom memory allocator and set it to 3 GB (3,000 megabytes).

I’m in the process of getting platinum for GTA SA…. If it wasn’t for the deep appreciation and love I have for that game I wouldn’t be wasting my time w all the fucking bugs it has. Textures loading in all late, npcs floating in the air, cjs mouth won’t move during certain cutscenes. etc. Rockstar clearly has other priorities

Manhunt on Steam thinks it's a badly pirated copy. You literally can't beat the first mission without modding it. Max Payne 2 on Steam is also a pirated version too.

They hate their fans because we’re right!! We complained about that definitive edition of the trilogy that they let an unknown studio destroy the very foundation of it. The fact that the studio even added the trophy/achievement for the paramedics in GTA III makes it impossible to gain. It’s not even that good of a remaster as it’s glitchy and actually performs terribly in comparison to the original trilogy on the PS2! Now I’m 35 and by the time I turn 62 is when they actually will listen to their fans. Maybe they should pull their finger out of their bum hole and actually sort out their own mess, don’t cry like a baby and throw your dummy out of the pram and get someone else to do it, you’re grown ups making grown up games, start acting like it.

It’s not just broken on PC. It still has serious frame rate issues on PS5, dropping well below 20fps so often that you get used to it. They won’t even give a patch to make it 30fps let alone 60/remaster

Great Games, WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER. Frankly I do not understand how they have gone this far treating their customers so badly. I still cant get them to fix my SocialClub account. My steam account is linked to an email address I no longer have access to. and despite me providing ALL the documentation that the accounts in question are mine (invoices, screenshots, etc) they still refuse to fix it. Worse they hand me to a different agent everytime I send an email, its NEVER the same person. Its like the are just trying to get rid of you So I have about 12 games I can no longer play (including Bully) because they simply refuse to remove a very simply link They simply do not care (like in this example). They close calls without fixing the issues, they wont escalate, if you ask to speak to someone else...they close the call. Everything is done to get rid (not help) of the customer. I have never seen a CS as bad as this, and I do Tech support as well. This is embarrassing how unprofessional this is. After the 4th time of having my case closed without it being fixed I just reported them to the NYC BBB. They have lost a customer for life and its only their own terrible CS thats to blame.

The biggest “fuck you” was me growing up and wanting to build a gaming pc to play Crysis, let alone lower taxing games like Bully. Eventually get a pc that can play games, only to realize most of the games are broken if you’re updated past Windows 7 😂
