Just to clarify Little Saigon is not just Westminster. It’s also Garden Grove/ Fountain Valley/ parts of Santa Ana/ HB. U can find great VN spots in all those cities

Vegan meat is so processed (and some brands contain ingredients that that FDA hasn't tested yet) that it can't be healthier than real meat...

Hieu tieu is def one of those comfort dishes you only come across a couple times depending on the family. no one i grew growing up eats hieu tieu that often but i totally felt that i remember eating it for the first time and thinking wow too.

Are you a restaurant reviewer or a restaurant showcaser? Neither one is bad as long as you are up front about it. I ask because you seldom say anything negative about all of these restaurants. And when you get close to the managers or owners and film behind the scences content, it's pretty predictable that you will be extremely positive. I think it's important to know about the restaurants and dishes that don't meet expectations.

did you even watch the video? he even mentioned how you should just go to a diff place next door to get hotpot instead of eating the hotpot literally in front of him. he probably just respects the owners of these places which is why hes not a dick about it. @25:46 he even describes it as not being his favorite because hes not full vegan and prefers the beef broth bruh you guys stay picking on this dude but will watch every youtuber walk in to a 711 and eat onigiri with 500k views.

@@SHELBYGT645 he stated he would not go to the vegan place because he prefers meat, like me. So I skipped over the video because I would never go to a vegan place over a meat one. You don't have to be a dick to point out negative things in a restaurant and I certainly don't want him to be a dick. And he could easily say "I am bringing you this restaurant I love" and that's cool. Just seems like he positions these as reviews a lot of times and he has already made up his mind (which is ok, just tell us) especially when he starts interacting with the staff. I appreciate both restaurants showcasing and reviewing. I've been to some of the places he goes on an on about how great they are and they are average at best sometimes

Last place is a total rip off night markets always charge twice the price on everything. My gf and I went and got the fried bananna and had the runs....so beware it may not be sanitary.
