So lucky to have locked in my mortgage at 2.5% last 2020. Tip: save to buy house as soon as mortgage rates are better so you can save and at the same time it is an investment and tax deductible. Yung apartment kasi, like owning a car, is all expense talaga. Hindi siya investment at walang tax relief. Goodluck!
