The BGC area is still my favorite however the Power Plant Mall, Rockwell 8, The Rizal Tower, Luna Gardens, Proscenium at Rockwell, Balmori Suites and other condominium residences in this area are beautiful, ultra-luxury, affordable to rent and simply top notch.
From an automatic door closer, to automatic door locker, cabinet door closers, to high end glass windows and flooring, many of these condo's are simply astounding. Most of rich Filipinos live in Rockwell. That place were all burning with Christmas lights during the Christmas season which will start on September 1 to January.

ORTIGAS CBD and EASTWOODCITY located up north of MAKATI is also one of the good place that offers MAKATI and BGC vibes. theres alot of good place to explore Mega Manila and as numerous infrastracture and developments still in progress.
