Man I sleep breath archery. I did San Antonio last year and it was a challenge. While it was a fun thing to do I won’t go to another. Even though I only lost/trashed 4 arrows in two days. I much better prefer to shoot at normal? hunting yardages. Like 10 to 60 max. I’m 73 years old and have seen and done about everything in archery. The single most important accomplishment for me was to learn long ago how to really setup various releases and to use them to my advantage. I noticed all you guys are punching. Finger tip punching was my way too for years even back when bows didn’t have draw stops. They were spongy and pulling thru really wasn’t possible. Learning to actually pull straight back with a properly setup release, trigger and thumb button, improved my shooting ability and the arrows go to my mark or damn close nearly every shot. Animal, 3-d or on paper. There’s a channel “ bow only outdoors “ with some great videos on setting up and using various releases. Guys, I encourage you to watch these videos. And if you will make a serious commitment and do what he shows, you too will be better at archery. It’s NOT a one day or week fix. The payoff WILL AMAZE you. NO more driveby hammering that trigger which 99% of punchers do. In time the shot breaking will be like on automatic mode. You will be pulling thru with even thinking about the release part. You will learn to have your mind and vision down range on the target spot you want to hit. As you are focused and have begun already to pull and the pin is in its smallest floating motion the shot will break. This whole thing makes shooting physically and mentally so much easier and rewarding. Just try it and see if your world in archery doesn’t improve. GOOD LUCK 👍👍

Rinehart has a metal rod in their larger animal forms. It generally runs along the spine. If you hit high in the spine, it can be an arrow killer.

Guy with the black shirt your poundage is way to heavy if you have to struggle that hard to draw your bow it is to heavy drop it a few pounds and you will be surprised how much more control you have over your bow I am 68 years old and been shooting for 55 years and I shoot elite bows also 5 of them 3 hunting and 2 target love them
