When I was in the NAVY ALL the motivation I needed came from ROCKY music, from working out to going on missions always had a never giving up mentality and now with PTSD and other mental problems I literally go back to it in outside world to keep going on, THANKS ROCKY for being such an inspiration for me.

Every morning I go for my 6 mile run, this song often plays in my mind when I face the toughest course of the run - a 1 mile long uphill section. I've never stopped to catch a breath. Every time I win and better my time thanks to motivation from Rocky! What a great motivational track for workout!

I remember doing pushups when I was in 2nd grade after watching Rocky. What an impact this series has had on me, even at 41 years old the inspiration has never stopped. So many life lessons layered in this series!

...the last real generations were the Silence and Baby Boommers...and finally X generation. The last one is weaker in comparison with the previous two. The generations from 1990 to present do not believe in self mastery neither life experience nor effort to triumph in life.

Adrian ; "there is 1 thing i want you to do" "win" my fav part of all the Rocky films - when she says "win" the change of the music together with the look on Rocky's face is simply spine tingling - he is so excited that he's become a proud father and is so amazed at Adrian for giving him a son that the way he is feeling whatever Adrian would of had asked him to do he would of done it - and you can see it so clear in Rocky's face that he himself also knows he can too, cue the music......

I love to see how much more popular this video has become and how many people use it for inspiration to help them push further than they thought. This video helped push me from front desk agent to general manager of a hotel by the time I turned 24. I still watch this everyday before work. Thanks for posting this video, you helped me learn how strong I can be

Rocky's movie motivates me to train for life. Even when it's not going well, I get up and move on. The whole Rocky series is also a great life lesson, which Sylwester Stallone showed great! Thank you and the music of Bill Conti and Vinca Di Cola is the poetry that completes this wonderful film ! Greeting from Poland !

I'm lonely and depressed, most I do is weightlifting in my basement, I'm getting stronger than I ever dreamt to be but can't share it with anyone. This music makes pick up the weights every time. Something to hold on to till I find the light again.

since watching the 1st Rocky when it was released and seeing all the others since you really get to know he was more than a boxer, losing his mentor, his best friend and all the battles with Adrian you really admire what he went thru - but the part where Paulie grabs him to keep cheering the crowd has me in tears everytime.

Rocky is by a mile the greatest living model for men . The character Stallone wrote is what most men aspire to be , tough as nails but a gentleman. The lame jokes and the shitty apartment in the original just added to the charm When Stallone dies , and may it be a long time from now, tears will be shed across the globe for a hero

Yeah, Rocky was pretty much his last chance. I read a story where Stallone had to sell his dog because he was desperate. After the success from Rocky, he waited at the same place and found the guy he sold his dog too and got his dog back. Stallone's a legend.

I was lucky enough to see Rocky 4 in the theatre I was 10 , I Rember during his training montage and fight with the Russian, you woulda honestly thought it was a real fight, the theatre was screaming at the top of their lungs it sounded like 40 thousand people unreal

after watching all the films when they were first released and hundreds of times since - seeing the part at the end where he's saying goodbye to the cheering crowd always brings a tear to me eye

WOW - gotta be 1 of the best montages ive ever seen, the way it starts with young Rocky being told "this is your chance" all the way thru to the part where he is cheered by the crowd was put together absolutely perfect, but the part that got me was when @8:38 when it looks like Rocky is gonna cry - the moment i saw that bit i instantly started shedding tears myself, most actors today would be happy with being famous for playing 1 big character in a series of sequels but to think Stallone also did the Rambo movies too is proof what a beast of a actor he is, even the expendables - tho cheesy but so entertaining and to see Stallone still showing that iron like core strength he's known for is unbelievable for his age
