Using the term “embarrassing” to describe Roczen’s riding I feel is kinda BS. If he’s sick he’s sick, like they said he’s a hunter. We’ve all seen what he’s capable of. I wouldn’t for a second doubt a healthy Ken Roczen.

I totally agree with you. Ken is anything but embarrassing. Try riding at that level after a huge crash that he almost lost his arm and come back after 2 years off. BS Ken deserves way more than that.

I'm 43 yr old an as a teen I watched sx all the time , wish it was as big in the UK as you yanks have it ! But I remember the Stanton vs Bayle days . but back then Kawasakis Jeff ward was my old time fav rider . tomac kind of reminds me of him

Great series RedBull. As much as Tomac winning and Cooper having issues these last 2 races would make for some great drama, I have to say, I'd just like to see Cooper ride really well and prove it wasn't just "luck" as so many people keep saying (he did get 2nd last race). This has been a great season, and I've really enjoyed that its not just trash talking Dungey/Anderson for not being the "fastest", or Tomac having weird crashes, pants issues, etc... Also Marv has had some great moments of glory and Ken has shown great riding throughout the season. Just good racing this season really.

I believe Roczen is just trying to finish a season without injury. His confidence has to have taken a hit after going through his recovery.

Like Jasper said, as well as the fact that factory teams may have private tracks that they can ride at for 'free' whereas satellite teams would have to buy out track time, putting them at a huge disadvantage. Plus the cost associated with wrecking a MotoGP bike and rebuilding it, versus that of a MX machine aren't even comparable.

the only problem with Roczen is that he does not ride on the edge anymore and that stops him to be every weekend fighting for the top step of the podium, its understandable after all his injuries but you can not play it safe anymore with guys like Web and Musquin who give it there best every week

Yea you can tell marvin is not testing with cooper at his full speed like he was at the start of the season you can tell couse you only as fast as you team mates you pratice with weekdays

I’m not a Webb fan. But man he has really put in the effort to prove himself this year and I think he deserves the championship. It’s hard to believe Roczen has hand 2 serious hand injuries of both his hands and is back riding the way he is and being competitive. Would be great to see him get that W in Vegas!! I think Marvin is a little to nice. He needs what us Aussies refer to as some mongrel in him and really give it back to Cooper next year if he wants to beat Webb to a championship next year.

Of coarse the guys on the $50k and up bikes are going to lead and win. The guys riding the $8k don't stand a chance. Many of us would like to see an 100% off the showroom floor stock class ( the bikes us fans ride) .
