Ray a great video however you didn’t address the core concern or issue that every single network marketing company has this MLM to retail clause in its contract and they could turn the business model from an MLM to a retail at any notice at any point they want without notifying any of the reps. The issue is that they don’t tell that to any of the reps when they sign so it’s a it’s super deceptive they tell you you have your own business you spend years and years building and then they pulled the rug underneath you. It’s super wrong and the reps knew this MLM to retail clause that’s in every single contract when they sign. A lot of people would not risk developing the business just just so they can take it away. I think it’s a huge problem until they fix and our prohibited from turning it into a retail without field reps consent in someway then it’s just risk especially when you get into your retirement years and this happens what are you gonna do? Tell people to go build again at 65-70 years old ?

Read the contract before you sign on to any MLM. Don’t like the terms, don’t sign. Problem solved. When is an independent contractor agreement ever in favor of the independent contractor? You work for the CORPORATION to sell and recruit. The CORPORATION does not work for you. Read all. Of. The. Contract. Don’t cry if it doesn’t work out exactly the way you want. It’s all spelled out in the contract.
