Okay so how does this thing plug into your computer when both sides of the cable plug are flat thin and not the regular USB plugs am I missing something? idk how to plug it into my computer lol

Heya :) It's USB type c. So if you don't have USB c u can get an adapter :)

I also got a small round rubber piece which appears to be something to organize chords, however, I haven't a clue how or where to attach it. Clearly you can see the different slots for different chord shapes, but where to mount it, lol???

Hello. I understand that it comes with an USB-C to USB-C cable. Can it be used with an USB-C to USB-A cable?

yes, in fact, i recommend this over getting a usb-c to usb-a adapter.

Been trying to force that stupid tripod off of it for like 15 minutes. Saw you gingerly twist it around with a finger and tried to do the same. It came right off. Fantastic video.

Literally just found out that I have the original NT-USB and Im following tutorials for the PLUS- wondering why it will not pick up on Rode connect or Unify. Am I correct that the NT-USB does not connect to any software like unify? I wish Rode offered a trade in

@@WootDini oh good to know! I figured Theres no point buying an xlr pro for the rode usb and came across unify. It’s for streaming and podcasting- something to balance and easily control the sound of my voice , music and gameplay. Also that I can jam out to my music louder if I want- with it remaining the same on stream😄. So you think one of those 2 programs will do the trick without me having to buy a new mic ? Thank so much hey and for such a fast reply

How did you twist it at 1:50 mine is really stiff and doesn’t twist

Heya :) it is on a threaded mount. its kind of a push and pull. you need to make it a bit loose, get it into position and tighten from the bottom

@WootDini which rode software do i use for recording my singing? I tried rode Connect, but that seems to be for streaming and chatting stuff only

I wanna to use for singing, so recording on window recorder vs rode software won't make a difference to the recording itself? Its afterwards using the software to enhance voices, effects etc...??
