Today i compared the cheap Rode WS9 Deadcat with the very expensive Rycote 20mm Baby Ball Gag and the Rycote Windjammer.
Is the 194€ Rycote Windshield really worth 10 times more than the cheap 18€ Rode Wind Protection?

What is the best Microphone Windscreen for the LOM Basic Ucho and other 20mm Microphones?
In this video you hear every clip two times, once with the Rode Windscreen and once with the Rycote Windjammer, so you get an accurate comparison.
I don´t edited the sound Samples, however some Clips i normalized the Audio level to -0,1 db to prevent clipping. But i reduced both Audio Tracks (Rode & Rycote) with the same db amount.
