Sir Installments when it is @ CI ? Please teach that as well..

Well, about that 100 method, everyone is confused about... see.. In the second video or so, sir explained that when we are talking about SI, or Simple Interest, we do not have to continue from the new principal, i.e., if 100 is the assumed principal, then it remains the principal throughout. So, when you put 10% or 20% or whatever, that amount is 10% of 100 or so.. Thus, the resulting values turn out to be, 110, 120, and so on, (whatever you assumed). Now, you add those resulting numbers till required, equating that to the installment or loan amount. Solve the equation in units or quantities whatever is known then, and get the answer. Sounds confusing, but you'll get used to it. And regarding another issue, you only multiply when multiplication factors are considered. So, at this point, our job can be done by addition of the numbers and we do not need to multiply them. Hope this clears.

Sir, according to the Future value concept, the EMIs for 4 month will be 4 different values in case of mobile phone example. But that doesn't happen in practical. When we buy any product, we pay equal EMIs. Kindly Clear this.

You pay Equal EMI , but the money you paid 4 moths ago ie 6000 and the money you are paying now ie 6000 have different future values

that's why the monthly came as 5200 only, the interest is calculated on the actual value of the phone....then after calculating the interest it is added with the price and since it's an EMI...it is a Loan , Loan amount= 4 months EMI

18:26 it's wrong I think because of the previous question he tell to first find of loan+ interest = total debt. So I find out and it's 19800+ 5940 = 25740 is the total debt should be and instalment should be RS.7800 not 6000!!!!!!!!

Loan taken isn't given in the question, total debt is given as 19800.

Im paying 26000 for 25000, but he is getting (total debt) 26650. Difference is 650. From where he is getting that extra money, when we aren't paying him. Im confused

U will be paying 5200 only in every installment. But the value of those when view from future is more than 5200. Due to the addition of interest every month.

He added the values for all the 3 years which is equal to 3P+ 30% of P= 19800 We can write 30% of P as 30/100 * P which is equal to 3P/10.

When he repays the amount he has to pay the total interest on the amount borrowed and he does that in four EQUAL MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS

For customer, Total debt = Installments+ future value. ...... This 5200 is inst. every month, so total inst = 20800. Now add the future value: 150*5200/12*100... so total 21450
