I haven't watched this video yet but I am so secure in the knowledge that there's no way this could be done. I've taken out a second mortgage on my house to place a bet that it cannot be done. My doctors recently diagnosed me with a rare condition that will cause me to die immediately if somebody does it, but because that will never happen I am immortal. Life's going so well for those of us who KNOW it cannot be done.

@@helo793 Never doubted it could be done for a second. I've actually been the foremost scholar in the field advocating for it being doable. My colleagues all have individually come to me to personally apologize and beg my forgiveness because I knew it could be done the whole time and none of them thought it could be. This was so could-be-done-able it practically was already done, the video was just a formality.

Seeing a solo run is hype asf. So disappointed that duels is gone. Ik it was unbalanced but i still enjoyed the “roguelike” feel to it

If you go through the task of clearing all 4 plague lords with reno(or any of the other heroes), their Jr. treasure is upgraded to a Sr. treasure, which has massively improved stats and effects. Sr. Tomb diver is a 4 mana 7/7 that requires only 3 secrets to trigger.

Winning on reno is really easy and it's (i think) the only class in Tombs that can go infinite. The junior and then senior tomb diver treasure cards allow you to get discover a treasure as your hero power, using that it is possible to find a Hearthstone and exit to the tavern, it is possible and pretty easy to find a hearthstone in every combat. If you get Tavern Pass as your first treasure and have the Senior tomb diver card, the starting secret deck is enough that by fight 2 you can have a deck that consists of 1 weapon 3 secrets Tomb Diver, Malygos, and Auctionmaster Beardo that all cost 0. From there you can consistently activate your hero power on turn 1 every single fight and can infinitely return to the tavern to buff minions/add spells/remove minions etc.

Yeah, @MrSeady wrote a whole guide on this. It's really fun and very time-consuming- You can build some very crazy combos this way.

Unless I'm thinking of the wrong thing, Elise can go infinite with the hero power that gives free moonfalls, the explorer who duplicates spells cast on her, and any free healing spell (I remember pinging a plague lord to death this way one damage at a time, while also having the boon where you gain armour from casting spells)

@@noatrope I meant infinite in a meta way, i.e going to tavern infinitely. I just wasn't sure if the warrior treasure could go infinit e with like dead mans hand or something. But yeah, I share your experience with that druid hp lmao I can remember going infinite and it taking like 30 minutes with all the animations to moonfire the boss down

yeah the bosses are quite sloggy since youre supposed to beat em in multiple attempts. the slog factor increases with each one, the madness is sloggier than murlocs, god help you with the slogfest of the 3rd boss, and then the 4th one is literally the easiest one for some reason. like even if the AI didnt fuck that one over extra much in particular hed be the easiest and least sloggy.
