This was Wallace's last CBS interview, probably his last TV appearance as a reporter.

I mean if the guy never tested positive for steroids or PEDs then I don't see why they're crucifying him. I watched the hearings and it was no physical evidence presented , it was all conducted on hear say! I thought a person was innocent until proven guilty.

@Mark L if you watch the hearings, Mr. McNamee (sp?) genuinely seemed very credible & Clemens was clearly not.

clemens is innocent. during his allegedly down seasons, his ERA was stellar. a lack of offense and bad luck contributed to the ugly win-loss records. stats don't lie.

I really don't know what to think. I understand he got bigger after his boston days. I understand there's verbal evidence against him, not physical evidence, kind of like the whole casey anthony thing. I also understand, he was performing at such a high level in his late 30's and even early 40's. So it would seem obvious he did use ped's. But at the same time its hard because he never failed a drug test. So I really don't know.

Well that might be the case, but if it isn't any data or physical evidence the can present to prove such accusations it's safe to say he's not guilty. I mean come on, you can't do all of this over hearsay , it has to be some hard facts.
