Roger S....Animal on the decks and my favourite DJ, i love his great mixing technique...he never fails a beat and he creates magic sets, i remember first time i heard live in Naples at Disco Metropolis with Angels of Love 30 June 2001 ...he played with 3 turntables (Vinyl) a 180 minutes special set and close with a special remix of "Miss You" Rolling Stones....that i'm still finding....💣💙🔥 S-Man you're the best best from Naples 💙

Roger is unreal! He loops, samples and mixes like each piece is it's own separate instrument. This man was Dj'ing on vinyl..At the top his craft. Before EDM sync millennial's were born. Nothing wrong with technology it enhances and evolves humanity. Hand the keys/tools to elevate creativity to someone like Roger Sanchez......Well! This set is what you get. Love ya Roger seen you many times late 90's & early 2000's. Dude you sliced & diced so many old school tracks in this set. PS: Don't think many people clued in on these set. You crushed a Sweet mix only Roger Sanchez could. ✌️

Roger Sanchez is and always will be one of the best DJ's spinning house music. A legend with few on this level Nothing like NYC back in the days. Heard Roger play one of the most amazing DJ sets ever at Underground Network Wednesday night party at Sound Factory bar. Think it was Barbara Tuckers Bday celebration. I had it on tape but played it so much in my old Sony Walkman it broke. I cried literally.

Remember walking into the Sugar Shack, Middlesborough, with Roger spinning "Its alright I feel it" as we first got inside. Loads of the usual crowd, well up for a great night, back int day. That track, right then, knowing he was going to play harder through the night and take us on a proper, S Man Journey, is something I will never forget. A true set builder and one of the greatest producers and remixers in House music history.

Loving this! Got to see Roger Sanchez play out in Ibiza in 2001, he was doing a residency at El Divino in Ibiza Town - a 4 hour set! I remember bumping into him mid-set as he must have needed a toilet break! ha ha. Stayed at the Ministry of Sound hotel that year and they played 'Another Chance' every single morning at breakfast ... on loop! Great times.

@@vinman3057 He is talking about the fact that the mans blends are on point, the music flows, no off key/off groove accapellas, the set builds up, tells a story. the selection follows a structure. he is able to set a general vibe. this is a fucking real dj playing a great set. that is what he is talking about.

Technically speaking, as in his technical skills, yeah no one can touch him. Louie Vega, TJR, Laid Back Luke, James Hype and others can come close, but no one can do it like Roger!!

I totally agree with your comments Vincent V. And to add my own. Roger S is on another planet when it comes to the art of Djing. His music selection is way out there. How he syncs the tunes is totally awesome. From someone that used to DJ and work in a leading Independent record store in Central London. I have been fortunate enough to listen (live) and meet many Djs the world over. And Roger Sanchez has got it 'All' when it comes to set building, he definitely takes you on a journey. What a pleasure to listen to 😁. His mixing is faultless/seamless He clearly enjoys his trade. In 1 word - FIERCE!!!. 🎼🎛🎼. Take A bow Mr Roger Sanchez. Phenomenal. I was lucky enough to see him Ibiza years and years ago at Pacha and I just stood at the bottom of the DJ booth just in total hypnotized awe! lol This is saving my sanity while cleaning in quarantine and playing some old skool TUNES! OMG! 46.44 minutes! I feel like I've been taken back in time to kitchen raving when my older brother kept sneaking out to illegal raves back in Essex, England and left me behind to listen to the pirate radio stations. Love it! :) :) :) OMG 48.47 minutes!! Yet another EPIC TUNE!!!!! Sorry folks I'm getting wee bit excited here. lol

Had the pleasure of sitting with the S-Man at a bar for an hour or so many years ago..... We sank many a Vodka & Pineapple, if I remember correctly, reminiscing about the early hip hop sounds and graffiti. He gave me a set of his slip mats and tagged them in black marker. Great guy.
