Y4mi! You must use the survival bow with a rogue poison/magic damage build. The fast fire rate will let you re-apply poison reliably without having to get close enough to throw knives. You must become one with the goblin archer! IT IS FOR THE GREATER GOOD!! Also a disengage ability like sprint, phantomize, etc. would help you keep out of melee range.

You should drink the shakes if you aren't eating enough protein. Drink them after a workout, within 30-45 minutes if you aren't planning on eating an actual meal full of protein. The pre-workout, you do have to be careful with, not only because it is caffeine but because you will rely on it for motivation to go to the gym. ie. : I don't lift as heavy or go as hard without pre-workout, so I might as well not go without it. Then you will have issues when you aren't using it because you don't perform the same. I will use pre-workout once or twice a week on days I don't work (since I drink caffeine on days I work) and want to really push myself. The most gains you will see are from your last couple of reps. Really pushing them out till 1-2 reps of failure is the key, also try dysenteric exercises. You can lift a lot of weight, but you can hold more than you can lift, and you can set down more than you can hold.

Honestly i believe Shadow Touch, posion weapon, weapon mastery, ambush, with invis and rapid fire/rupture would be the best assassin build with survival/recurve
