1 Month Review of Rogue Fitness’ Echo Bike. I answer; Is the Echo Bike Worth it, is it the best cardio equipment for a home gym in 2024, can you use it for long cardio, would I buy it again, how it compares to an assault bike or titan fitness’ fan bike, and how long will it last. I get into the real details behind how it works and how I’ve used it multiple times a day for well over a month.

you are right on the many ways to use the bike but you are wrong to say it cant be used for long easy whole body exercies.. i had a nordic track ski machine the last 2 years i was in the army up to that point it was the most amazing piece of equipment i have a schwinn ad pro now and it can wiipe you out in a few minutes HOWEVER you can use the bike for long less intense exercise i used to watch the superbowl on my nordic track but at an easy pace and you can do the same with the air bike . you are right they can do soo much more but you can do long less intense on the bike

How loud is this bike? Do you think it can be used in an apartment building?

Not extremely loud and yes fine in apartment so long as it isn't super early or late

Are the handlebars adjustable? You should at least be able to change the angle of motion and ideally you should be able to twist your wrist like a Boxer or MMA throwing a punch.
@NoFate247
@NoFate247 5 ай бұрын
they aren't. Seat is the only adjustment

They need to invent a piece of equipment that outwits the body's ability to adapt. After 2 weeks, every machine I've ever tried is little better than a Hamster Wheel.@@NoFate247

I appreciate the first disclaimer that this is not a fun equipment and not suitable for long steady state cardio. Definitely not suitable apartment setting in front of a TV.

It's a shame that people assert this "hardcore" mentality with these bikes, saying you can't do low-intensity stead-state cardio, or have fun on it. I do both of those things. The problem is Crossfit has convinced people if you're not doing HIIT you're wasting your time. That's wrong. Just lower the intensity and it's a great FUN machine. FUN!!

Thx for the review. I just ordered the V3.0 variant of the echo bike. Unluckily the fan cover is far smaller and more expensive now. I have to design and 3d print my own cover.

@rocksmo3384 I am considering buying the v3.0 and I also noticed that the windguard is very small. I was wondering if it still does the job or it doesn't really worth the money (30$+20$ for shipping).
