"Very easy" my left foot! The Octapad has a huge learning curve. I find the display, buttons, and buried controls to be very antiquated and non-user friendly. I'm struggling to become proficient enough to where I can use it for live performances. Videos like this help, but he certainly makes it look easier than it is.

How do we get your bios version which has "export audio" in the quicklist? =| The thing that surprises me most is we can't save the 3part phrases to midi files on the usb we can play the machine while its connected to our daw to record the midi performance but really, having simple phrase export to midi and "export all phrases to midi" would save so much time you could fill it with phrases then export them out . Its a nice device but it could easily get a bios refinement.

If I record a phrase loop with three parts, is it possible to mute/unmute each part? For example could I just have Part 1 playing with Parts 2 and 3 muted?
