The nation's highest court's decision is a major blow for prosecutors seeking to hold the convicted felon accountable for attempting to overturn the 2020 election results.

I am a 72 year old Black woman who remembers segregation, and the civil rights movement. However alot of our leaders were assassinated, because of our government. J Edgar Hoover did not like Dr. Martin Luther king, Malcolm X, or many others who were organizing against the racist. political climate of this country. But Black people rose and fought for the freedom we rightly deserve. This upcoming election, we must do the same for Biden/Harris ticket. We cannot allow Donald Trump to be reelected. Donald Trump wants absolute power, to destroy this country. If he is not stopped . We can never go back, only forward. The six Supreme Court Justices who voted to protect his immunity is his base. This is criminal, and I applaud the three justices who descended. President Joe Biden, is a older politician, but a decent , and compassionate man who believes that we must abide by the constitution. And to my legal minds, what can we do to change legislation to overturn the existing "lifetime seat" gift to SCOTUS judges. The Constitution states that Justices "shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour." This means that the Justices hold office as long as they choose and can only be removed from office by impeachment. Impeach them!!!
