The prophet didn't have any power to purify man. Allah purifies whom He wills ( 4:49 ).

a- The Quran is complete and does not need additional sources: The Word of your Lord has been completed, in truth and justice. 6:115 b- The Quran is not in need of an explanatory supplement since it is clear, easy to understand and is not ambiguous: A.L.R. These are the signs of the clear Book. 12:1 We have made it easy and in your tongue so that they may be reminded. 44:58 c- The Quran is not in need of a correction manual since it is perfect and harbours no contradictions: A.L.R. A Book whose verses have been perfected. 11:1 d- The Quran is not in need of a 'details' supplement since it is fully detailed: Shall I seek other than God as a lawmaker when it is He who has brought down to you the Book fully detailed? 6:114

Assalamu Alaikum...when a hadith is in harmony with the Quran it must be followed..we peforrm Haj..establish Sallah..fast in the Ramadaan..the practicalities were taught to us by our Beloved..so how can we say that we should not follow that so important souce.

Obedience to Allah always comes first before obedience to the messenger. And there is no obedience to messenger only without obedience to Allah in the Quran. To my understanding obey the messenger ayat came down to the messenger when he is alive with his followers. How can you obey a person when you are not with him? Worse still majority of the Muslim follow what people wrote about the messenger after 200 years.

Hikmah (wisdom)is the execution of knowledge and understanding

@submitter todays technological era we have computers who does mind blowing job to get/search the data from Quran instantly. If you type Salat or Zakah key word , we may find instant results. Now we try to connects the dots to understand these verses. It’s difficult task. Some verses are Mutashabihat (Similar verse but different meaning). You need in-depth knowledge to understand it and give its interpretation. It’s not school boys job. Otherwise you will create fitna. All these processing task was done by Prophet SAW and He was implementing in his day to day life. Whenever, he SAW couldn’t answer of any subject he would be guided by Wahi(Verse of Quran).

You know we are only 3 people in our firmly who believes in quran a lone and most of this hadith guys normally attack me saying the quran of Rashid khalifa is feck since he removed to verses but still am strong and I will still be. The sunnah of Muhammad(as) is used to derive laws from the Quran

Muhammed is not the final messanger. He is the seal of the Prophets. These Hadith guys change Allah's words anyhow

The word Muhammad, used in the Quran, is an adjective, it means praiseworthy. God has used this word " Muhammad " FOR the Quran, NOT as a name of the prophet of Islam God says that the Quran (the revelation D IS Muhammad C praiseworthy ). God says, follow Muhammad (the praiseworthy Quran) to follow Me . Attiu Allah Wa Atti ur Rasool, Obey God and obey the message (the praiseworthy Quran ), correct translation.

Obay Allah & obay the prophet. I have seen many quran only disputing on swalah others say salah is not physical, others say it's physical & pray only 2 in a day others only 3 others 5, so in this case u have to look upon how the prophet implemented salah. Remember u can not understand quran more than prophet himself entrusted with it

The problem is, that we don't know anything about the prophet/author of the Quran without other sources like the Hadith, which specify what prophet is the Quran talking about, otherwise the term "Muhammad" can be a honorary title of any well-identified prophet in the Quran, so at least one book of the Hadith is necessary to complement the Quran in this case.

Allah sent us the book & a best teacher & he tought. So if u refuse to follow how the teacher implemented then u go astray

The Quran says follow the example of Muhammad, whose name is only mentioned 3 times. The thing is the prophet and the sahaba never followed this idea of Islam.

Furthermore, all these Quranic commandments are practically practiced by Messenger of Allah and Shahaba.. if any so call historical proof/narration/Hadith/sunnah can be verified and approved by Quran than there should not be any matter of unnecessary arguments and discussion. Don’t we use scientific proof to prove that Quran is a word of God? So Think about it.

You are reinterpreting the originsl Arabic from its litereal meanimg. The Quran Alone or Wanna be alone must be exposed in a academic debate in a university campuses.

How ever much u twist around things still i see it neccesory to look upon the prophet entrusted with the quran how he implemented. U man u r far astray if u dont look at how the prophet implemented
