Coach, thank you for such a great content and contribution to our Agile society. It is extremely hard to give and take nothing in return. Fantastic job. In your video you mentioned about commitment. The only think that I could have objections to is when the Developers pull the items into the Sprint Backlog their commitment is not to complete all SBIs. Their commitment is to manage the Sprint Backlog and the Scrum Team's commitment is to reach the Sprint Goal. If you have a different mind process what I am saying is rubbish I would like to hear your thoughts. Thanks again for all your efforts to share your knowledge with others.

Thanks for watching Kaspars. True, the single objective for the sprint is achieving the sprint goal which is also considered a commitment in the scrum guide 2020. Another important objective of the sprint is "The entire Scrum Team is accountable for creating a valuable, useful Increment every Sprint".
