dope video guys, however maybe if you like this suggestion: lounge area - bar and entertainment (have like a digital or physical menu of common drinks that anyone of your staff can mix up) that touch would be unusual and semi-easy to pull off while you're trying to make a deal. For the entertainment now have a little gaming/lounge music vibe going on nothing too loud (less is more) get a few more light signage to pop the trotters, also maybe jus may be put in an arcade box with like a popular game mix like mortal kombat, street fighter, ninja turtles you know some classic vibes that everyone can gravitate to. Try and maintain the money green colour scheme and mix it up.

Troy Parrot has made 4 appearances for spurs and has been playing in league one for the last two seasons (on loan)........ Maybe dont buy a diamond (after market) encrusted datejust yet. Buy one (that doesnt have after market diamonds) after 20 prem goals or 50 prem appearances.

They are simply not available. The scarcity is so extreme that every authorized dealer pretty much already have their circle of "big spender" VIP customers. Only these VIP get offered the hot Rolex pieces. It is truly a disaster now.. In 2018 I was still able to get an Oyster Perpetual, Explorer II, Air King, two tone Subs and two tone GMT's at retail. To quote the AD: "Those days are over." You want a hot Rolex? You gotta pay the premium. If you don't want to pay over retail then look at Omega. ☹

The hype is fake, just go to an AD and ask for one, 2-4 weeks max for 1/3rd of the grey price.

The hype is definitely real but the OP is grossly overvalued. £10k+ for a steel watch with no complications? Wouldn't be going near them. Also the exact watch I'd be running a mile from for investment purposes, absolutely nothing stopping Rolex flooding the market with these all of a sudden and watch the grey price plummet. If you like the watch that much and simply must have it then fine, but otherwise it's probably one of the riskiest watches to get into at the moment in the medium to long term. I don't necessarily expect grey dealers to explain that to their client (or audience) and talk themselves out of a potential sale but there's far, far better ways to spend that money.
