I have worked at a bmw dealer as a technician when these came in and it ended always in huge bills. Also a lot of SMG transmission problems. I can't say I miss working on these things. Sorry to see that the car wasn't back on the road as early as you planned, but content wise, it actually made it even more engaging to watch. I could definitely relate to the frustration of "all these little issues and i can't do anything until the parts are here" Your other videos hooning in supercars and jdms in cool locations are of course awesome, but these m5 videos and the troubles youre going thru feels super down to earth. And you also know all this headache with that car will be worth it when it's all fixed up and youre making tons of tire smokes with it 😎

I mean what did you expect buying a flooded car, that V10 had sand everywhere. A new one would have spared you so much pain, time and money. At least you are getting some very valuable experience and memories. Absolutely one of my dream cars. Love a rare manual e60. Definitely would love to see you revive it. I have owned my e92 335i for 6 years and have had to fix so much. But always rewarding and love driving it. 100% would be a unreal feeling after all the blood sweat and tears taking that for a good rip and swinging it around. Love your channel and keep having fun man!!!

Normalerweise schaue ich mir keine Projektvideos an, weil sie für mich einfach zu lang sind, aber das Projekt ist einfach nur genial! Ein E60 M5 mit Handschaltung ist nichts für Anfänger und wie gemacht für deine Hände. Ich hoffe sehr, dass das alles bald funktioniert und du das Auto fahren kannst. Ich schaue deine Videos schon seit langer Zeit und feiere es, was du so mit "normalen" Autos anstellst. Deine Videos sind bodenständig und "einfach" gemacht - das macht es total authentisch. Deinen Freund Gercollector schaue ich auch ab und zu, aber dort sind halt immer nur Autos, die sich 95% der Menschheit so oder so nie leisten können... Ich bin gespannt, wie es mit dem M5 weitergeht! Danke für den Content!
