After the 2014 Super Rigs Truck Show Kevin Pascavis gets loaded in Greensboro, North Carolina going to Waukesha, Wisconsin.
He's running a 2013 389 Peterbilt Glider Kit / 2001 C16 Caterpillar / 600HP /18 speed / 3.36 gears / 325 wheelbase pulling a 2010 48ft MAC flatbed with a quick draw tarp kit.

Hey Chris Love all the videos.I live near the atlantic and It reminds me of how people used to watch the schooners sailing off to far away places with their heavy loads aboard.The sounds, and sites of big shiney rigs rolling down the highways is spellbinding.The matching of man and machine.The balance of strength and beauty.The feeling of freedom to move while earning a wage.its what has drawn people to trucking over the years.Thanks for reminding us how fun working for a living can be and how some folks truly take pride in what they do.

Rollin' Transport has some of the finest rigs on the highways!!! Vinnie has a top notch outfit and is based out of Wisconsin, not too far from where I'm at. See his rigs often at both, on the roads and at local truck shows!!

I live in southern Illinois and seen this truck going southbound on I-57 about a month ago and I was like a kid that just seen Santa lol. My fiancé looked at me like I was crazy. I said "don't judge me you don't realize how popular that truck is" lol

I loved and have enjoyed watching this big rig videos rolling cb interview video and the truck. I love the Peterbilt 379 headlights the glider kit sleeper truck has. I imagine seeing Peterbilt 379 headlights on a Freightliner Classic XL sleeper. next I'd like to see Freightliner Classic XL sleeper's with Peterbilt 379 headlights one day. this is an awesome video and I subscribe for this channel today too :)

You guys passed through my old town of pilot mountain around the 11 minute mark. I seen this truck pass through a few times when I hauled wide load with a pretty well known storage company called leonard buildings.

Nice rig and trailer with cool tarp system!......Is it just me? or did he look like the passengers side, say looking at the front of the rig, as he went down the interstate, looked lower than the driver's side?.....He did mention he had Air Bag front suspension.....

As soon as the audio on the engine kicked in I knew it was a CAT motor. Something about their sound that is just so distinctive. Love these interviews. Really great camera shots of these amazing trucks.

Crazy Aces thats whats up bro. I can give a few names off the bat to check out. Scheinder, (prolly spelled that wrong but they are the safest starter company out there for tankers.) Werner, TMC (they are employee owned and you have the option of how you want to get paid, percentage of load, or per mile. Good company one of my first choices) Altom is a tanker company, (they are the ones who said Schenider is the safest starter company...but you wont get paid to much maybe 33k starting but options are limitless after you are done with them. DO NOT FUCK WITH SWIFT. Fed Ex Freight, which i work for fed ex ground but was told to go to freight because their benefit package is awesome. Falcon is another company. And those are just a few. I have 15 apps im about to do this weekend and have them sent out by my school monday.

18 spd. 1 stick is for shifting the trans. 2 stick is a big air valve for splitter. usually a switch on the dash is for high low range selecter.

sweet truck and i love how you have the trailer setup as well. just wondering: with the room between the trailer and sleeper, why not get a articulated crane so you can load / unload yourself?

Most flatbed trucks have to scale light in order to be a viable option for brokers to give loads to. Most brokers want a truck to scale to be able to carry at least 45,000 lbs of freight in the US. A crane would add thousands to the tare weight of the truck, meaning it will make less money and be unable to take lots of loads. It's a great idea, but only really applicable for short-haul, LTL applications where customer orders aren't full truckloads. Like a hardware store.
