I just love hearing Keith talk

Ronnie's was a Stone even in the Faces. I loved The Faces

Keith,even,when really heavy into the "stuff" did brilliant interwiews.Knew what he was talking about,even if he hade eyes like slits and scratsched himself all the time.What he said was clear and correct.

In Ronnies defence, he doesn't look coked out at all in this. He's always been, and still is, a very high energy person. That's one of the reasons people have always loved him and enjoyed being around him. Even now at his age he started a new family and he spends all his free time with his art work. Look at his paintings, they're as energetic as he is. Meanwhile, old farts like me sit around all day watching youtube videos. As for Keith, he's always been laid back and uncomfortable in front of a camera, most people are. Sometime, if you get the opportunity, take the time to sample the entire Stones catalog like I have. You'll see the genious of Keith Richards playing out over the decades, changing with the times, leading the way through Rock's most prolific period. Here he is, still in his most productive years, and all anyone can talk about is how stoned he looks. Who cares if at one point in his life he liked to dabble in a bit heroin, cocaine, or Jack Daniels. He obviously knew his limits. These days he has white hair, arthritic fingers, and a bad smokers cough, but he's happy. He has more money than god and still he continues to go out on tour every few years. They should make it a law or something that whenever a fan sees him in public, instead of acting all stupid and asking for an autograph, they should instead simply say "Hey Keith, thanks for the music".

This is great! One of the best - if not the best - interview with Keith I’ve ever watched. Keith seems to be very content and enjoying the time with this interviewer. He’s really sharing a lot of information and going into lots of detail with his answers to each question.

Every one in a while Ronnie gets really excited for like 10 seconds and then freaks out and stops talking ahahahahah

Keith is such a beautiful soul, and this is one of the best interviews I've ever seen with him. In the 60's interviews were either the whole group or Mick or Brian (and a LOT of stupid questions), in the 70's the interviews improved and Keith did some but he was pretty doped up most of the time. These days he's a bit prone to exaggerating, and giving a throaty laugh at everything, as people seem to want him to play that role,. He's very intelligent, just not often asked decent questions. So it's great to see him here clean (from smack at least), in fine form, laughing with Ronnie but also having a proper thoughtful conversation about their work. Thanks for posting.

My then partner (policewoman) and I we saw the Stones at Roundhay Park Leeds same year last gig of the tour 25th July 1982- and on stage Keith looked a lot more balanced and cool quite different in demeanor than here and the gig was recorded Keith was wearing Lee or Levis jeans and a black leather jacket with red art work on the back and he was kind of well groomed A brilliant gig but a somewhat off play list here and there anyway my WPC hottie was well impressed and loved it ! I also saw them in Adelaide (then resident) February 1973 with Mick Taylor at the Memorial Drive stadium in Adelaide Australia I played some mad truancy and fought hard to get those tickets for my then girlfriend Angela and we waited eagerly for "Angie" Hippy kids I never really went back to school properly after Feb 73 I felt like I'd leapt forward to 18 or 20 year old after the Stones LIVE! There were quite a lot of gate crashers at that gig.
