Often considered to be the individual that took the mantle of "The March King" after John Philip Sousa's passing, Henry Fillmore is best known for his prolific output of circus marches characterized by their bright tempos and flashy individual parts (especially for euphonium and trombone). Fillmore is so underrated. Can someone explain the mix in uniforms? Most people are wearing standard dress blues, but a few of the men are wearing a cutaway tuxedo jacket style.
