Cthulhu DMD is still one of the top games in my collection. I am constantly trying to push it on people and always get a "wow, that was fun" when they finally break down. But I came here having been eyeballing MD2, curious about your take on it. I am so very tempted and this... didn't help my wallet.

Excellent list, especially the top 5. I would put Massive Darkness 2 as my favourite solo CMON game, but there are a lot of strong contenders for the top spot. The one game in your Top 5 that I haven’t picked up is Bloodborne. Hearing you gush about it makes me want to take another look at the game. As for a Top 10 Zombicide list - I think that would be a great idea!

Great video, would love to see more of these! I agree about Fantasy Flight Games being next as them and CMON are definitely major parts of my collection and they have a TON of games for sure!

Cthulhu Death May Die is awesome! Been bothered by one thing though. I hadn't finished painting the mini's. Finished the base box last week, Even had my 87 year old mother help with painting. Now she wants to play! Great list Adam! i have never tried zombicide, for some reason, maybe i'm scared to enjoy it and there is just so much of it lol

I had the same response to CDMD. I backed it all in and had decided to sell it before even breaking the shrink. I watched a few playthroughs and it looked amazing. Gave it a play and fell in love. It's a 100% keeper!

I feel we’re pretty closely aligned in how we view CMON games. C:DMD is my favorite game. Love Zombicide, Marvel United, MD2. Been looking at Bloodborne and couldn’t pull the trigger. Might have to now after hearing you talk about it. Also looking at Dune now but didn’t complete survey for that one but wish I had. Wasn’t sure how that would play solo. Great list. Thanks for doing it.

I came to the CDMD hype late. Was able to back the season 3 campaign for $1 and then picked up the first season on a killer Black Friday sale. Instantly fell in love and when the recent campaign ships I will have everything except Season 2, The Black Goat, and Vol 1 and 2 of the comics. Hoping that the MotU FAQ clears things up for solo play. I was a huge fan of the IP as some of my earliest memories are playing with the action figures some neighbors gave me before they moved away. Definitley a fan of Marvel United but trying to decide if it's worth continuing with the newest set. Thanks for this video!

Trudvang is a great game - really enjoying the artwork, models, story, boards, easy mechanism

I really don't know about Dune ... so first off it's practically a "stolen from Ares games" design as most of the War of the Ring staff were openly brought on and re-implemented the mechanics into Dune. War of the Ring is great, I love it. But wondering if they'll stick the landing when they convert it is a legit concern.

Do another MD2 playthrough.Really enjoyed the last one you did.

Ranking the Zombicide Games would be fun to see. Top 10 dungeon crawlers/RPGish would also be a good one.

Bloodborne was robbed of its rightful #1 spot. Are the top 10’s more broad videos or are we still keeping them with solo gaming in mind? I would like to see a top 10 for campaign style games.

Been wandering about Bloodborne. I keep going back and forth about purchasing. Been really enjoying ISS vanguard by awaken realms as a solo game. Great list, I love the idea behind this series

Cyberpunk theme would be awesome

For me Bloodborne should be number one just for possibility of playing it true solo. DMD is fun but for me Bloodborne would always win. How many good dungeon crawlers are there that do not use dice?

Before I watch MARVEL X-men United Number 1 for me.

Masmorra is and will always be a top dungeon crawler for me. I have nothing but fun every time it gets on the table. I WISH we had at least one expansion for more levels, enemies and final bosses. Ah, well.

I got Xenoshyft recently on sale. I gotta say, I don't see the interest. I've played many deck builders. This one was so convoluted and frustrating. I'm already looking to pass it on within a week.

I actually like Marvel United a lot more than DMD, personally. I find DMD to be more repetitive and less "thinky," for lack of a better way to describe it. But I'll also admit I don't like HP Lovecraft horror, or when I'm rarely in the mood, I don't like the high action/zany/comic relief take on it; I'd rather play it a bit more straight ie MoM and/or especially Arkham Horror LCG.

I love the whole Zombicide world, clear and simple boardgames, but I cannot stand Marvel United. I really hate "super deforming" miniatures and in my opinion the gameplay is boring.

Yay at least God of war in this list, glad they don't have minis I just hate minis
