I'd say the worst toilet experience I've had is a bar in my hometown of Buffalo NY. You know that scene in Trainspotting, "The Worst Toilet In Scotland"? Also in Peru at Cantalloc near Nazca, we had to fill the tank every time to flush it. A Port-A-John would've been a step up, especially when you catch the Peruvian vers of Montezuma's Revenge like about 10 of us did.
