Man, I'm just so glad I watched Chaotic Century as a kid, with low-ass expectations, so I can look back fondly on it with nostalgic rose-colored glasses. I would not have been as big of a Zoids fan as I am, had I had a negative reaction to Chaotic Century watching it as a more critical adult.

I still prefer the old ones over the recent designs, but still, they're amazing!!!

Funny that you mentioned Chaotic century because your reason for not getting into chaotic century is that same reason I couldn't get into Gundam. The tone of Gundam doesn't really work with me. Either way I'm still holding out for a Zoids aggressive Berserk fury. Mainly because I tend to prefer the rivals Zoids more. Excellent unboxing by the way.

Chaotic Century is the best series from the zoids franchise in my opinion. It has a good story

Blade Liger was a prominent Zoid. You remember seeing the red Blade Liger back in New Century Zero, right?

The differences in the motorized (and the HMM version I'd presume) and this aggressive version is the double barrel shock cannon (the gun on the underside) does not have that protruding blade in the middle, the booster being a single hinge at the bottom and slides forward and back at the top, having 2 less teeth on the upper jaw, and the tail not having any guns in it.

it seems the blade liger got the least love out of all the aggressive kits. the number of teeth are all wrong and the boosters completely lack the pose ability it deserves.
