Ctfu it has a lot to do with boxing, but sometimes fighters tent to forget to use that in the rind they focus more on hiring the target than to move around and find a perfect punch or combo

jump rope is not anything but it is essential. A person who jump ropes for hours should take part in jump roping competitions. likewisee. you’ve gotta focus on other aspects as well. You can look at it in an optimistic way as well. all the great champs did roadwork and jump rope for long periods of time.
