Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to another episode in our series of Rolmako tillage machine presentations. My name is Kamil and today I will have the pleasure of demonstrating to you the monster behind me. The model I want to tell you about today is the Rolmako U671 Pro, which is a heavy stubble harrow. And why heavy? Because the model I have the opportunity to present to you today has a weight of 9 tonnes at a working width of 6 metres. The machine is available in working widths from 3 to 6 metres. The trailed versions we have are available in widths of 3, 3.5 and 4 metres with a rigid frame. The hydraulically folded machines are only available in the trailed version in working widths of 4, 4.5, 5 and 6 metres. The minimum power demand for this unit is 220 HP, but as a manufacturer we strongly suggest a more powerful tractor in the range of 300-350 HP. Apart from its high empty weight and massive construction what makes this machine so special? It is mainly the working element. Here we have a disc arm with a very aggressive cutting angle, on which we have a disc with a diameter of as many as 620 mm, which is installed on a maintenance-free hub. Each of the discs has an individual disc arm, which is cushioned by four 50x210 mm rubber rollers. A machine with these specifications will be ideal for stubble cultivation after maize harvested for grain. A single pass with this disc harrow provides ideal mixing of post-harvest residues, which is not possible with the majority of disc harrows available on the market. The U671 disc harrow is available with a full range of rollers, as are most machines in our range. However, most often our customers choose the roller with Tandem U-ring characteristics. It is a roller that performs well on the large majority of soils and weather conditions. The roller offers excellent carrying capacity and ease of clearing. The trailed machine is also equipped as standard with hydraulic adjustment of the working depth on the roller and with an air brake. A very special feature for the operation of this machine is the positioning of the driving axle centrally, in line with the rollers. This solution results in much better balance of the machine and ease of manoeuvring on headlands.
