Yesterdays Vlog - • HER SECRET TATTOO!!
Today I left Toronto, Canada and landed in Orlando, Florida for my next live Roman vs Fousey Tour. I had a absolute awesome day. Got to hangout and have some fun with Adam LZ Check him out here - / lzbmx I also spent most of my night getting my hand x rayed. Took at least 3 days to realize I actually broke my hand.. Crazy. Super dumb and embarrassed to share this story but maybe it's a good lesson for all of us! DONT PUNCH WALLS HAHA! Love you guys and thank you for being here. Smile More you are Beautiful! :)

I'm a dancer and have been dancing since 3 years old, I'm now 19. Broken all toes and permanently dislocated, permanently broken my nose and dislocated it in a different place, broke my wrist on my trampoline, broke my ankle and sprained it 4 times, broke my knee and dislocated it, and also my arm and my shoulder bone have been broken. I think it's just my back and neck to go now 😂(not that I want to break them but it's probably gonna happen😂😐)

Roman... you probably won't see this but the hardest bones in your body to break are the very tips of your fingers because they are such tiny bones... I have done it 5 times to my right hand fingers, on top of cracking my knee cap 3 times and my actual hand 2 times plus a fracture on my foot... I feel your pain, most of my injuries have been due to anger... thank you for always being positive and helping others thru tough times, I'm going thru some things right now that I don't feel like indulging in online but just know that you are one of the reasons I'm still alive right now... you and matt (demolitionranch) (offtheranch) are major supporters in this fight to keep my head above water, thank you for your positive attitude all the time... I can't always smile... but I do try to smile more...

In auto class at a tech school, A kid told me to punch his shoulder really hard with my thumb tucked into my fist. I was so naive at the time, I listened to him. Biggest mistake I ever did. I never went to the hospital, I couldn't afford it. It took a long time for my thumb to heal. When wrapping wire on stones and crystals my thumb does hurt and I have to take breaks. It's been 26 years now. Maybe one day I'll get it x-rayed to see the extent of the damage. Thank god it wasn't my left hand. I'm a lefty. lol

I fractured my wrist and I play competitive felid hockey and I had to quit in the middle of the season and I had to miss the biggest tournament of the next two years😥 but now I am back on the field. So what I am trying to say is even though it seems it is over never give up always keep going and if you want something go get it. For example the minute I could get fizio I went and I am better then ever

broken back, (2 surgeries), 3 rotator cuff surgeries, and I dislocated and demolished my shoulder...HUGE surgery! Still in recovery from back surgeries and pulverized shoulder....staying positive and learning a lot about myself. STAY STRONG FAM!

Yeah don't be ashamed I've broken my hand the same way more times than I can count it actually just doesn't even hurt me anymore so it was great advice I stopped doing that because I realize the only thing I'm hurting is myself and the situation never changed so definitely don't punch things but I've broken my hand so many times I can't even count

I agree to a point. But its to remember them forever. I probably would have made the tatoo much smaller so that he can add other dogs he has later in life rather than having Dollar and Muffin dominate the whole arm.

my 4yr old daughter jumped off a chair on xmas eve and broke her wrist it took me 5 days to realize something was really wrong. she hardly complained about and was using the hand and everything like normal. only time it really bothered her was at night and in the mornings from sleeping on it and after 5 days I decided to take her to the doctor. had to put a cast on for 4 weeks right now we r 2 weeks in! thanks for the story! makes me not feel so bad for not realizing sooner!

I feel like I should say something about the story. The stupid part isn't you punching the cabinet. The stupid part is the fact that you WILL NOT FIX IT because you feel like you HAVE to stay on tour and you HAVE to edit. NO YOU DO NOT. YOU BROKE A BONE?? You GET it fixed IMMEDIATELY. +Dorian Arcia idky you would think he would only do it to stay famous, it would be a total waste to leave and stop the tour, he is being a great KZfaqr to continue on, and it's not like he is in a emergency, he didn't completely snap his bone, its just a fracture. i fractured 3 bones in my foot and ankle and still played football. so like really it's not the biggest deal.

I have broken my Arm and wrist. I also sprained my ankle, I broke my arm by going on my scooter and rolling over a rock and landed in a push up position, my arm cracked about 75%, I ran down the stairs a year later and shattered my left wrist, not really shattered thought, just cracked. and I was running on ice with my friend and rolled my ankle as I fell.

I'm 11... I've broken my wrist, gotten stitches, hurt my knee, sprained my other wrist broke my finger, and strained my neck. The one that hurt the most was stitches my brother cut me with a knife. Romen I'm only 11 and do dance and soccer. I try way to hard
