@@hiambruh5693 Chad wanted the flag to be the same as the france but instead with white they used yellow and Romania adopted this flag first,so Chad stole the flag.Dont give me any excuses cuz yea still Chad stole the flag and if Chad wasnt a landlocked country and if it was at war with Romania,Chad doesnt stand a change against Romanian military,and air support,so if Romania was at war with Chad,Romania can send Paratroopers and air support and like 4 or 5 days Romania would win the war.

@@XxxXrbg13 that's not the original flag. That emblem was installed when communists took over in the 50s. We had a revolution getting that emblem down to return to our old flag. Do some damn research. We had that flag since 1848, you have it since 1959.

In 1848 Romania adopted their Flag, But Things changed when in 1947 The Communists took Control,In 1958 Chad gained their Independence from France and came up with a Frech Inspired flag,At that time Romania had a coat of Arms in the middle of their Flag meaning it was mot the Same. About 42 years later The flags of Romania and Chad became nearly identical in 1989, when the Ceaucescu dictatorship fell and Romania dropped the communist insignia that decorated the centre of its standard. In fact, while both flags have the blue, yellow and red stripes,Chad's blue is deeper than the Romanian blue.

Fun Fact: Chad didn't steal the flag. While it is true that Romania had its independence first and used the flag first, it was at 1940's that Romania became a communist country and added a seal at the middle of their flag. Chad later got independence from being a French Colony and they got inspired by France's flag and instead of white, they used yellow. So their flags weren't the same that time. But in 1989, Romania removed their seal, back to their Anti-communist flag making it the same flag as Chad's. Chad was pretty upset about this, so they appealed to the United Nations to tell Romania to change their flag. However, Romania argued that they used the flag first since the 1800's.

In 1848 Romania adopted their Flag, But Things changed when in 1947 The Communists took Control,In 1958 Chad gained their Independence from France and came up with a Frech Inspired flag,At that time Romania had a coat of Arms in the middle of their Flag meaning it was not the Same. About 42 years later The flags of Romania and Chad became nearly identical in 1989, when the Ceaucescu dictatorship fell and Romania dropped the communist insignia that decorated the centre of its standard. This was later Met with Chad asking Romania to Change their Flag but they said No because They had used the same Flag a century before Chad did. Although the Secret behind the flags of chad and Romania still Remains. In fact, while both flags have the blue, yellow and red stripes,Chad's blue is deeper than the Romanian blue.
