thenarrowpath.com | The passage of Romans 5:12-21 reflects on the impact of Adam and Christ on humanity. While theologians have debated the theological nuances of this passage, the practical takeaway is to emulate Christ and understand Paul's message. Paul's theology distinguishes between old and new humanity, with the corporate identity of Adam leading to death and the corporate identity of Christ leading to life. While Augustine's doctrine of infant guilt and original sin is not a tenet of Paul's theology, personal responsibility and accountability for sin is emphasized, and access to eternal life is conditional on accepting Jesus Christ as the second Adam.
Romans 5:12-21
New King James Version
Death in Adam, Life in Christ
12 Therefore, just as through one man sin entered the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned- 13 (For until the law sin was in the world, but sin is not imputed when there is no law. 14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those who had not sinned according to the likeness of the transgression of Adam, who is a type of Him who was to come. 15 But the free gift is not like the [a]offense. For if by the one man’s offense many died, much more the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, abounded to many. 16 And the gift is not like that which came through the one who sinned. For the judgment which came from one offense resulted in condemnation, but the free gift which came from many [b]offenses resulted in justification. 17 For if by the one man’s [c]offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.)
18 Therefore, as through [d]one man’s offense judgment came to all men, resulting in condemnation, even so through one[e] Man’s righteous act the free gift came to all men, resulting in justification of life. 19 For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so also by one Man’s obedience many will be made righteous.
20 Moreover the law entered that the offense might abound. But where sin abounded, grace abounded much more, 21 so that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Thank you Steve. I have never heard this explained this clearly. It brings more clarity to when Jesus said “accept ye eat of the flesh of the son of man and drink of His blood, ye have no life in you” He is the Tree of life

Steve, do you believe Romans 5:12-21 is mainly dealing with physical death? And, I know it's not always easy to give a straight yes or no answer to such questions.

Christ is the Second Adam. God, in cooperation with man fulfilling man’s portion of responsibility, took many tens, even hundreds of thousands of years to establish the conditions for such a sinless man, whose birth could not be accused by the angel as being a product of Adam’s unprincipled union to send. It took so long for God to send a new original ancestor who had the same responsibility as his antecedent to establish an ideal family, not because of God, but rather because man multiplied and compounded the original sin through the trunk of humanity which is the ancestral sin, the branches being collective sin and the leaves representing the individual’s sin, wandering in primitive darkness for hundreds of thousands of years. God attempted to set the conditions for the new sinless ancestor to be born on the clan level through Cain and Abel’s rapprochement. If this would have happened, we would have had a different Messiah than Jesus. The Messiah is the mission to restore all the standards left unfulfilled by Adam; it is not a personality position. The Messiah must be understood from the perspective of mission, not personality. Because Adam had a wife, the Messiah must have a wife who will restore Eve’s position. Adam cannot do this for Eve. Woman must indemnify her own fallen nature not man. Of course God expects them to help each other establish what Adam and Eve left unfulfilled: namely an inviolable relationship based on first perfecting their individuality as a prerequisite into the complex male-female relationship. When we consider God having no one that was qualified to be the true ancestor of humanity, and God having no one who could rectify the great mistake of Adam, prolonging the long course of history laden with such sorrow and suffering, and no one in whom God could freely relate, that wasn’t carrying the stigma of original sin as a base for satanic accusation, and on top of this, realize Jesus gaining the victory to become this individual man God desired as His son and worthy of God’s company, we can educe why the rejection of Jesus was such an great mistake with such miserable consequences for those chosen to establish the national foundation of protection for the Messiah’s worldwide multiracial ministry to spread messianic thought into the social systems of man, when they decided to betray the Central Figure of God’s Providence of Restoration. Satan obviously exercised his maximum power in influencing fallen man to take the life of the Messiah. We conclude from this that Satan, the enemy of God, did not want Jesus to live. Because of Jesus’ successful attitude in death, God exercised His maximum power, choosing to offer mankind regeneration through Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Issues that must be resolved by the Messiah coming in the capacity of the Third Adam are: 1. Revealing the exact nature of Satan’s crime 2. Explaining why Jesus’ primary mission was not to die. 3. Explaining why Jesus correct attitude in death was required to establish the preparation period for the Lord of the Second Advent through multiracial Christianity as the second Israel on the world level. 4. Why God could not intervene in the first human ancestors fallen act although He did not lack the power to do so. Of course, the Lord of the Second Advent will have to correct many mistaken doctrines of conventionally accepted theology, similarly to Jesus who was incorrectly understood by his peers. Of course knowing the Messiah is the only one who can engraft fallen man into God’s royal bloodline we use the term “peers” loosely. People born from the dysfunctional original ancestors possess fallen nature. Adam and Eve were not true parents in any sense of the meaning. The purpose of truth is to pursue and achieve goodness and the origin of goodness is God Himself. Adam and Eve inherited the fallen nature from the angel. The angel envied Adam’s eventual knowledge, position, property and affection. 4 qualities of the Lord of Creation, which would be established upon his individual perfection through mind and body unity in the standard of God. Incidentally, this individual standard of unity between the conscience and conduct of Adam was the prerequisite God established for Adam in order to advance to the complex male-female relationship in marriage. No one born in a lineage that was initiated by Satan can extract themselves from this status that displeases God so much. Only the Messiah, born on the foundation of God’s purification process, whereby God induces man to retrace the motivation and process through which Adam and Eve became ensnared and subject to accusation in order to erase this sin through the Messiah who is not defective and can substantially take responsibility for the lost standard of caring and conscience can extricate us from Satan’s material Kmart. In other words, no matter how good a person, if he cannot subjugate Satan and engraft man into God’s royal bloodline he manifests the defects of the original ancestors fallen act. If we were really blameless and sin free we would be the Messiah, but we know this is not possible because of our ancestors record of sin and upon the fact that a sinful lineage cannot engraft themselves to God except through a sinless antecedent. Through false marriage in the self centered standard of Satan all men who did not ask for this legacy came to be born in sin. Conversely through marriage all men will be engrafted into God’s lineage. Thus marriage will be a main feature of the Lord of the Second Advent’s ministry. That is how simple the engrafting process will be, however we will still have to invest effort to establish the kingdom of heaven on earth. This day is at hand. Because Christianity does not know this, spiritual rot combines with external menaces such as usury, militant atheism and we see the destruction of the Christian apparatus. This will result in God once again having to erect a new foundation, when the wisdom of the past and its structure should have served and supported the Messiah.

That's some uh...interesting story-telling there. The problem is it has no biblical basis, which is why you provided none.

Yeah🤔 where did you get all that? It's very wordy and complicated, and wholly unbiblical. But it makes for great story telling, next your gonna tell us about the aliens building the pyramids! But wow, what a story.
