I offer you a romantic dinner to celebrate Valentine's Day or your wedding anniversary.
An easy and complete menu with a starter, a main course and a dessert. The starter is a tuna and tomato tartare which replaces the salad. the main dish will be a turkey roll stuffed with mushrooms and cheese accompanied by mashed sweet potatoes that you can replace with mashed potatoes. and the dessert is a no-bake, no-oven tartlet consisting of a biscuit, and a chocolate ganache and decorated with red fruits (raspberries or strawberries, etc.)

1 tomato +1 cucumber +1 can of tuna +100g of fresh cheese+ chives or parsley+ salt and pepper
* Main course: Stuffed turkey roll and sweet potato mash
- For the roll: 2 turkey fillets + fresh mushrooms + 100g spreadable cheese + parsley + 1 tsp mustard + 10cl liquid cream
- For the Puree:
2 sweet potatoes +100ml milk +50g butter
*dessert: chocolate tartlet without baking and without oven
80g biscuit + 40g melted butter + 100g dark chocolate + 100ml liquid cream

قائمة سهلة وكاملة مع مقبلات وطبق رئيسي وحلوى. المبدئ هو رز التونة والطماطم الذي يحل محل السلطة. الطبق الرئيسي سيكون عبارة عن لفة ديك رومي محشوة بالفطر والجبن مصحوبة بالبطاطا الحلوة المهروسة التي يمكنك استبدالها بالبطاطا المهروسة. والحلوى عبارة عن كعكة تارتليت غير مخبوزة وخالية من الفرن مكونة من ملف تعريف الارتباط وغاناش الشوكولاتة ومزينة بالفواكه الحمراء (توت أو فراولة ، ...)

- لللفائف: 2 فيليه ديك رومي + مشروم طازج + 100 جرام جبن + بقدونس + 1 ملعقة صغيرة خردل + 10 سنتيل من الكريمة السائلة
- للهريس:
2 بطاطا حلوة + 100 مل حليب + 50 جرام زبدة
* الحلوى: تارت الشوكولاتة بدون خبز وبدون فرن
80 جرام بسكويت + 40 جرام زبدة مذابة + 100 جرام شوكولاتة داكنة + 100 مل كريمة سائلة
