I think childlike glee and wonder and excitement are some of the best things we can cultivate. yesterday my husband and I were walking down a hill and I remembered rolling down hills as a child... I couldn't resist! I am a grown woman, but rolling down that hill was wonderful! 😂 There are times to be serious and solemn, certainly. But oh the happiness of rolling down hills, splashing in puddles and catching fireflies. ❤️ There's nothing quite like it

Beautiful video! My mother passed away three months ago. She was a prolific artist, poet and writer. Her eyes always looked below the surface of things, to catch thier beauty. One thing she wrote when nearing her death was this: "We all desire the answers to questions in life, but might we drain the cup of wonder dry, by always asking 'why?'"

I romanticize my morning cup of coffee by taking the time to slowly pour in the cream and watch as it cascades like a beautiful satin white ribbon into the cup. I never get tired of doing that.

Appreciating the simple things. Feeling joy from the small things, that's often time what is missing in the lives of people who say they are unfulfilled in this world. I feel humbled by God's smallest creations, joy in the aroma of a flower, and love if a rain drop on my face. Look for peace of mind in the wonderment of just being. When any of my 15 Grandchildren give me a negative about anything, they have to give me 3 positives . And I stay with it till they do. . Lots of times we end up laughing and laughing

Beautiful you are in a good place. I live in Ozarks hills alone at 64. I love the quiet presence of God with me daily no tv or distractions after a long hard life of 40 yrs on nursing floor with 17yrs on dairy. Your choice is a good one

I have recently been able to move back to the country from a big city and I am able to start a little Homestead with family it is so satisfying to wake up to the thunderstorms. I've been turning my cell phone off and going outside more being with the plants and growing herbs it's very satisfying and the smell of Earth just heavenly. thank you Lord Jesus Christ for all the little things that you give us in life that many take it for granted God bless you all.

Thank you for all of your peaceful videos! I enjoy watching them, as they give me a sense of calm, even if it’s just while I am watching them. I have been dealing with health issues for over a year now. Lots of specialists, lots of misdiagnosis, and lots of treatments that either didn’t work or made me worse. I am currently feeling hopeless, alone, and lost. I am not sure where to turn to for help with this anymore. I have been praying for God to either miraculously heal me or guide me to doctors that can help me this whole time, but I feel like I can’t hear or see Him in this. Lately I feel like my hope and faith are wavering. If anyone reading this has time to pray for me, I would greatly appreciate it!

I know this is an old video but I’m a new (couple months) subscriber and have been going back and watching all your old videos because I feel like I’m learning alongside a dear friend as I watch and listen.
