awww thank you!!! always so kind! I currently use the Kun solo shoulder rest, but am debating the Pirastro shoulder rest. I like my Kun shoulder rest because it's a reasonable price and does the job, but if you're looking to splurge then I've heard great things about the Pirastro shoulder rest!

I need to learn how to plan my day better....any advice?

hi! my best piece of advice would be to write your tasks out, lay out which ones are priority and which ones are not, and I personally love to plan my day the night before. That way, I do that as I'm winding down for the night instead of using my precious morning time to plan. I also recommend breaking down large tasks into smaller ones so that you can cross things off as you go, and feel fulfilled haha. Hope this helps!
