Well her food doesnt really seem to be that healthy as her diet contains a lot of sugar and is partly not even digestable. Still as long as shes happy its fine👍🏻

Whenever I'm struggling with eating I always comeback to this video, this women has such a healthy relationship with food I aspire to be like her so much. She's literally the reason i remind myself to eat and I LOVE oatmeal I have it nearly everyday now :) love you Romee !

Cheat code for seeding a pomegranate quickly & easily! 1. Cut pomegranate in half through it's middle going horizontally (not top to bottom through its 'crown') 2. Over a bowl, hold one half in your palm with the skin side up and seeds facing down 3. Use the back of a wooden or metal spoon to firmly tap the pomegranate all over, moving your fingers out of the way so you don't hit them 4.The seeds will easily come loose and fall into your palm/down into the bowl 5. Add cold water to the seeds and gently rub the seeds to clean off any of the pulp that sticks to them. The pulp will actually float to the surface of the water so you can easily skim it off and the seeds will be left clean at the bottom of the bowl. Too easy!! Love this video, thanks Romee!

When you have all the time to yourself and nothing else to care or to go,all the coomfort & kind of food you need-then Of course you can taking care about every meal how is should be...In a real life most of people on the planet run all the day,having not perfect appartment or any kind of food they desire for ,there are no time or possibility for all of this perfection...Even if you have right knowleges!

Thank you, Rome! I'm a widow and I just turned "76" and I choose to eat healthy as I have an autoimmune disorder and struggle with both fatigue and neuropathic pain and how I eat really makes a difference! But I live upstairs in a second floor apartment and carrying countless heavy bags of groceries to cover all my week's meals is challenging, although I still do it along with carting my laundry up and down twice a month but I'd like to try:"Hello Fresh" as it would eliminate buying breakfast and lunch and snacks and purchase $6.99 dinner is very doable and healthy for me. I'm looking forward to trying and I so appreciate you and your partner, Lawrence's, video and I congratulate you for caring for yourself in a most healthy way as you're an excellent role model for upcoming models who've traditionally not cared for their well being! Ohh I have a pretty good tip on how to peel the pomegranate properly: just put them into a bucket of water and peel them inside! Make sure that you stay under water with your hands (and the pomegranate of course) so you don’t get any stains... It goes really fast, you don’t destroy the cores and you just have to pour off the water afterwards :)

Summary: - 8.00 am: big glass hot water with half a lemon - 8.30 am: 40gr oatmeal with chia seeds, hennep seeds, pumpkin seeds, goji berries, blueberries, cinnamon, peanut/almond butter, half a banana, cinnamon - 11.00 am: strawberries and almonds - 01.00 pm: 2 slices sourdough bread, 1 avocado, 1 egg, hummus, pepper, seasalt, chili flakes, sprouted watermelon seeds - 04.00 pm: cucumber, carrots, hummus and tea - 07.00 pm: (hellofresh dinner) 2 eggplants, 170gr brown rice, 75gr feta cheese, 10pgr yoghurt tahini sauce, half a pommegranate, 5gr fresh mint, 2tbs ras el hanout, 20gr seedmix

Loved your summary, Unfortunately, her diet does not apply for all ladies. Her cortisol level is zero, she is pretty, stress free and with good incomes. The others have to wake up at 6 am, take the kids to kindergarten, take subway, come back at 5 pm, take the kids from kindergarten, then cook , clean . Stress has already done the evil part on their bodies.

Hummus is so easy to make at home. You just blend a tin of chickpeas , add lemon, garlic, tahini and olive oil. Boom! Blend! Boom! 😄

@@CytherX tahini is ground sesame seeds. It tastes really good and has a strong flavor, it's what gives hummus it's distinctive taste. (The chickpeas mainly just make it a nice fluffy texture, and dippable)

keep in mind, she's probably working out, she's got a lot of muscle in her body that burn a lot of calories even when stationary, she's probably quite tall, so she can eat more than me being a lazy student.

!! When using the chia seeds, it is important that the seeds have been soaked properly, because chia seeds swell significantly when they come into contact with liquid. At worst, chia seeds can block the esophagus !!

Thuy Linh Duong well the nuts and seeds are relatively good sources of protein and everything except oil & n water has a level of protein in it so she’s doing fine. Also we actually don’t need as much protein as we think we do, so it’s an interesting thing to look into :)

All I see are comments from people who have no understanding of lean muscle, metabolism, and macros. She clearly has a high understanding of portion size, what’s in her food, and how to keep a balanced diet. It’s very typical for fit people with an athletic build to have a very high metabolism and thus have to up their calories/macros to stay fit and gain lean muscle. What’s healthy to someone trying to lose fat (ie. Cutting calories and staying in a significant caloric deficit) is not the same as someone who has a very lean build and is trying to gain and maintain their lean muscle. If anything, their struggle is to meet their macros and eat ENOUGH. Props to this super model for fueling her body and not falling into the trap of depriving her body!

This comment is exactly what I'm looking for. People with a lot of muscle have much higher metabolism and thus can eat 2000++ calories without gaining any weight because muscles burn so much energy even when u don't do anything

My routine : Morning -Coffe with 1 sugar Lunch - a plate of home cooked meal (mostly pasta or meat) and salad . Dinner-2 toasts with tomato slices and cheese. .....and i get fat .... Ps. NO SNACK TIMES

@viata vy I understand. Do the best that you can with what is available. Its as simple as switching from fried rice to steamed rice, drinking water instead of sugary beverages, eating fruit instead of processed chips and cookies. You got this gorgeous!

Water with Lemon is indeed great for you, however one thing to note, when you add lemon to HOT water, it negates the Vitamin C. Heating Vitamin C in water neutralizes the vitamin impact. Lemon is still great for digestion and for your liver.

Incorrect. Water is a neutral compound meaning it's not going to affect the Vitamin C. Secondly, the temperature of her water is not high enough to chemically change any of the nutrients from the Lemon. Just letting you know.

There's nothing wrong with good quality eggs and meat. And eggs are one of the best foods. You can eat as many as you want. It's full nutrition meal. And, Ras el Hanout is a good idea, since it's a mix of digestion helping spices. Dinner and avo toast. Cool! Greetings from Poland 😃

Hi the way to get the pomegranate seeds out is after you cut it in half, you hold one with seeds side in your palm . Take a large spoon and tap the pomegranate like kinda slapping it and you’ll see all the seeds just fall out !

Highly nutritious food. When I eat like this I always feel like my appetite is dulled because my body is so nourished. It helps if I have a lot of activity in between the meals. So hard to do in this COVID environment. I’m struggling with appetite because of lockdown inactivity. Must start to do home exercises!!! Soon we will be working from home again and I’m dreading it. Also I’m 41 now so I need to work harder than this young beautiful woman!! Thank you for your meal ideas. Keeps me inspired and wets my appetite for a healthier lifestyle. 😀

My grandma showed me a tip for oatmeal so before you add water/milk to your oatflakes. Heat and stir it until it has kind of a nut smell and a bit of brown colour than add the water/milk. It is going to be really delcious. You can put a bit of oil underneath to not burn it but it's fine anyways

As someone who LOVES pomegranate seeds (I basically eat them every day haha) tip for getting them out: cut the fruit into quarters and bend it and push the seeds out that way it's so much quicker and easier

Another quick/easy tip: is to cut it in half and while holding one half over a bowl hit the outside rind with a wooden spoon. This has been the easiest and most efficient technique I’ve discovered so far. (FYI I recommend sitting the bowl in the sink since pomegranates juice stains certain countertops)

pomegranate seeds tip: fill a bowl with water and break up the fruit under water. Seeds float to the top of the bowl, white stays on the bottom.

Pomegranate: cut it in half and submerge it in a pot of water and open it backwards (inside out) and then remove the seeds by hand. It's super easy and quick. Lovely recipes, thanks for sharing

For Romee and all of her fans who watched her video: starting the day drinking a glass of water with lemon juice is one of the worst act to do not only in the morning but also during the day, expecially with an empty stomach. It has been shown by several studies that drinking hot water with lemon juice can cause acidity (your stomach can hurt and you may experienced bloating) and, in the long term, it can ruin your enamel and cause peptic ulcer. Also, it has been demonstrated that it doesn't have any "detox" characteristic or that it helps digestion. I am not disappointed by Romee cause this is a very common habit, but believe me (i am a medical student) and, if you don't, ask your doctor (family doctor, nutrionist...) but don't believe in what you find on the internet!

Exactly! That's why i stopped drinking water with lemon. It makes me so uncomfortable, and my hyper acidity getting worst . Now im sticking to military diet, it helps me a lot to shed some weight.

Healthy eating! Lovely. I would need some sort of carbs though. Spending so much time in the kitchen 5x a day plus washing up , harder when you have kids but I guess it's doable. Can tell you eat healthy, looking at your skin.
