24 Hours Before a Victoria's Secret Photoshoot

4 жыл бұрынHey guys, here's a new video about how I prep and get ready for a Victoria’s Secret photoshoot. My morning supplements, how I make my smoothie, grabbing a matcha, workout at Justin Gelband, lunch & cryo with Laurens, infrared sauna, lymphatic drainage, grabbing dinner at the Whole Foods & finishing the day with a spraytan. Ofcourse I don’t always prep like this because sometimes I’m traveling a day before the shoot but if I can I love to take a day to do selfcare, because it also makes me feel good and relaxed! Hope you guys like this video. Question: Do you guys like fermented veggies? I have a hard time getting used to sauerkraut etc, but it’s soo good for you, so I’ll keep giving it a try! X

I'm just gonna say, if your job is to literally model and look amazing, of course you're gonna splurge extra on treatments/fitness classes/food/whatever else you need. To a certain extent this type of upkeep is an investment to her career. Maybe not all of it is totally necessary but if I was a supermodel you'd be dumb to think I wasn't spending a hefty portion of my paycheck just to take care of myself. Plus I mean clearly it's working for her. She looks how she does and is maintaining her job and appearance because she invests in herself.

You have to take care of yourself and everything, My dream is to become a supermodel or runway for VS, I’m already a model but need to start working out to gain weight/muscle because my body is soooo tiny for my height... VS models can’t be too skinty, so taking care of your body is important in every way

But I would die if I ate same amount of food as her. And also her bf. For breakfast no food at all, just drink. For lunch very small plate, no meat, no bread. For dinner as well. It’s unhealthy to eat so little. But they have no choice models. Very hard life, I wouldn’t want that type of life. I think it’s good to be skinny and sportive, but to eat normally.

when I was 16 I had a body like this with long blond hair. Looking back on those old pictures, I think to myself: gosh I was a beautiful young lady...............BUT, back then I had a boyfriend who called me fat and ugly all the time and I never realized how beautiful I was and that he did this to keep me small and to himself. Such a shame when people do make you feel bad about yourself. Took me years to overcome and you never can go back to those years of youth......so sad

No, that's genetics. I'm also azn but 30+ and i havnt gone bald or not even a single gray hair yet. It's a genetic thing not a dietary thing. I also have "anime" hair which is also a genetic thing not a dieatary thing

So no matter how much plant-based mumbo jumbo he eats, it's not going to let him keep a single more strand of hair. Further more this is a Victoria Secret model diet... Not something a commoner should be eating. Compare it to a MMA fighter before a fight - diet. Still not something a commoner should be doing.

I don’t understand why people hate hate on models saying that they’re setting unrealistic beauty standards and are shaming other people’s body. They must have done loads of hard work to get their body and they sacrificed a lot to become a model. This is their job passion and profession. If you were a model and people just hated on you for no absolute reason how would you feel! @@-Datboijj- it doesn’t work like that. if models didn’t eat they wouldn’t have the energy to do all the things they do. i am a model and i eat 3 meals a day and snacks and that includes things with fat in like chocolate. just because society tells us we have to be skinny to be beautiful doesn’t mean it’s true. like society tells us white people are better than black people but this isn’t true. i have a belly. and thick thighs. but i am beautiful. she doesn’t have a belly. she doesn’t have thick thighs. but she is beautiful. admire her beauty without doubting your own.

What I do in a day: 10am get out of bed and get a piece of cake from yesterday 10am workout running to the fridge so I won’t miss to much of the video 11am refuses to make homework 12am to lazy to shower and stays in bed 1pm get up to get chips 2pm gets up to get another snack 3pm still doesn’t get out of bed 4pm switches from Netflix to KZfaq 5pm remembers I had to finish an essay the next day And that’s about all
