We spent 2-days out at the Ron Fellows C8 Owners Drivers School at Spring Mountain near Las Vegas! In this video, we're gonna share our experiences and tell you everything you need to get the most out of your time at the program. At the school, expect a weekend of training courses, driving exercises, and luxury accommodations.

Even though this video is 3 years old, it is by far the best review of Ron Fellow. Things may have change in that amount of time, but still gives a great overview of what to expect. Many thanks!

by the way, this was great thank you. Others I've seen showed the serpentine but nothing about "why". your video will help me get the most out of that. Also I have 10 years with SCCA in low power cars (Spec Racer Ford mostly) wheel to wheel but have never done autocross so your video helped me with watching how to do that super tight stuff. I'm as competitive as they come and even at 70 I want to be the fastest in my group. I actually have 2 chances to get there as I bought my first c8 and nearly immediately had someone offer me 30k more for it (i got it with no dealer markup over invoice by buying from Ciocca). I couldn't pass that up but they didn't get my certificate and I immediately ordered the replacement 3lt convertible for my 2nd certificate. I was going to only go to level 1 but decided with 2 certs the corvette owners school might be worth it.

Alex - I've have watched several other videos of the Ron Fellows C8 Owners Drivers School, all of which were cool, but primarily included only driving content. In my opinion, your video exceeds all others! I greatly appreciate the detail provided on several of the exercises, along with your personal advice on how to do those exercises properly. I will be attending Spring Mountain in November and I want to make the most of this experience/training. After viewing this video twice tonight, I definitely have a better understanding of what to expect at the school. I'm also planning to watch this video again several times between now and November. Great content! Much Appreciated!!!

Good job you really pulled the pin on this one, hopefully the school still uses the same exercises and track config so I can just follow everything in this video. Was autocross on day 1 and track sessions on day 2?

Enjoyed the video I was there last week also! We weren't on the north track. I experienced every thing that you went over in your video. Great experience! I recommend that every new c8 owner takes advantage of this training!

Alex, I am scheduled 5/26 and have really enjoyed watching your video. You have THE best. Question for you....... are you using your right foot only for braking, or did they allow left-foot braking ??

Glad you found it helpful! I don't think they have rules or restrictions, so if you wanna brake with your left foot i can't imagine they can stop you.

@@Motoroso Looking out my windows with 2 feet of snow ☃️ on the ground with more coming tonight, tomorrow & Tuesday❄️Sure sounds good to spend a couple days in that warm southwest climate! Especially since my C8 is sleeping for the winter, tempting to leave now and shovel my way back in.

Make it happen! You can bring your own, I recommend 32gb or more. They supply a 16gb, but you have to use that sparingly.

Can you show the video from when the instructor drove the track? I was on the same track for my class. I’m looking at going to the number 2 class next (1 seems more like a refresher if the owners school)

Legit nice driving! Take a look at turn 6 and 7. You have to get all the way over to the left out of 6 to set up for 7. You cheated and turned from close to center track at 22:57. That may not have been your fastest lap but if it was you had another 0.3 sec at least.
