Love listening to Ronan's straight talking. Nothing fancy...just calling it as it is/was. Very proud of him as a Munster legend going away and proving himself again winning more European medals. Up Munster!

Agreed. It’s wearisome listening to the two of them fish for controversy and manufactured drama. ROG does a great job stonewalling that nonsense. Molloy would be better suited to interview O’Gara.

Honestly, we have learned. LAR are just a special team. Poster above is right, Ryan was a big loss. You also have one of Byrne’s kicks go over (one came off the post) and it’s a different story. No shame in losing by a point to an incredible side. I just find it funny that we lose an amazing game by 1 point it’s this big disaster. Let’s appreciate that LAR are just a very very good team, and we got beaten. It was the 2 best club Europe going at each other. We did learn, and got better after last year. But so did they

It seems insane that they have to back to a league game after winning the European title. But you can't really do it after the league playoffs. Otherwise teams could have two, possibly three weeks off before the cup final if they don't make the league playoffs or get knocked out first round

The announced objective is the "Bouclier de Brennus"! La Rochelle has yet to win this title, so it's now or never. Here in France, everyone's predicting a Toulouse Vs La Rochelle Final, but this competition is so tough that logic won't necessarily be respected. If La Rochelle wins, it will be memorable for the whole of La Rochelle, not for the double, but because the players will have played 28 matches, plus the 8 European Cup matches and, for some, the matches with the French national team. Admit it, that's pretty huge, isn't it? Question for you Irish friends... How many games did the Leinster players play during the season? If you have the answer, thank you.

Not enough of the first choice team played in big games. That's why they can't get over the line. Unfortunately some Leinster supporters have short memories. It's not that long ago that they were playing to sparse crowds. There was a time when there was very little animosity between Leinster and Munster, despite the rivalry.

Or maybe that “they developed their players” when probably less than 5 came from La Rochelle.
