***** thank you. In fact, I feel that is a bit understated. Rhonda bought into her own hype, and the MMA world and public are somehow turning the volume up on the hype after she got flatlined against Holm. I get that she pioneered a division. So did Demetrious Johnson. I get that she was dominant for a while, so was Jose Aldo. The minute she faced a competent striker, and not the usual soccer mom that she was facing, she didn't have a good hard fought loss- she got beat to death. Somehow, that is all overlooked, and she is said to be the biggest star in the history of the sports world, which tells me how stupid people have become. I hope she does strike, just so I can watch the denial train gear up again.

Denis Bennaducci Nunes is the perfect kickboxer to beat her. I say she is overall a better striker than Holly Holm. Nunes karate and capoeira are very good and her boxing is descent as well. She hits like a brick. Holly couldn't put Miesha away yet Nunes hit her a few times and made her quit.

Can't see why UFC would want to. UFC is worth 3,149 percent more than TMZ. TMZ, in terms of dollar value, pales compared to the 4 billion dollars UFC just sold for. TMZ is a pretty small player in media, is consistently losing traffic (64 percent drop this year) and is about to fall out of the top 1,000 visited sites. To put it in better perspective: Connor McGregor by himself has a higher net worth than Harvey Levin, the founder of TMZ.

It's never been an issue with Ronda Rousey's fighting skills, it's about her heart or the lack of it. She can't seem to overcome adversity like a champion, she just folds up and gets all squishy. It took me a long time to get on the Rowdy Ronda Rousey bandwagon but when I did I hoped she would meet a fighter that could test her. Well, she met a fighter that tested her and she failed, not because she lost the fight, but because she went into the fight acting like a punk and got her soul beat and then collapsed completely. If she ever does make a comeback please gain a little class and grace.

Travis Browne hasn't won a fight since training with Edmund... guys an awful coach. Ronda is a great athlete but the division was playing catch up for along time. Nunes round 1 TKO.

But yes Edmond has fucked up the careers of Ellenberger (1-5), Brown (2-4), Duke (1-5), Baszler (0-3), Shafir (1-2). as a coach that is 5-19 or 26.3% win. Mike Brown and ATT are great coaches and if I am right, this is a kickboxing match from the jump.

I'm just saying that Travis Browne was once an up and coming HW with a great fighting style and now I don't think many people are interested in watching him fight. Ellenberger is probably the best example, hasn't even come close to being as fierce as the old juggernaut.

Nunes is going to get armbared in the first round. No the division has not magically gotten better in one year. The only thing that happened was that Rousey lost to a fighter that is designed to beat her. Nunes will lose fairly early, remember this post when you see it happen. This is the perfect match for Rousey stylistically.

I have a feeling if she loses shes done. IMO as a non combat athlete of any sort, from an outsiders perspective she acted very mentally weak. Compared to someone like Pettis or even Anderson when they lost titles. They were optimistic and realistic about the sport. She just got crushed and mentally collapsed.

I love her style and I'm a fan. that being said, she does have holes that she needs to work on. I hope she sticks around as the competition is stiff. Ronnie marroquin Ronda needs a striking coach esp since Nunes is a former boxer and karate champ. She loves to kick at the legs in particular. If Edmond hasn't done anything to help prepare her for those leg kicks with Amanda's long frame, it will be another KO loss for Ronda

+swagcity It's definitely a possibility. Much more than these casual/new mma fans think. Nunes has been scary good since switching to American Top Team, with much more powerful striking than Holly Holm. If Ronda goes in there trying to "show off her boxing", she's gonna be in for a short night. That said, Ronda is still excellent at her game, and if she gets Nunes to the ground, it could be business as usual for her. I'm pulling for Ronda, but as long as she keeps training with Edmond, there will always be doubts.

If you did, you'd know that Nunes has looked very sharp with her stand-up EVER SINCE MOVING TO ATT (which was AFTER the ZIngano fight). You would also know that Ronda's stand-up is terrible. You really want to debate with me on whether Nunes is a superior striker to Rousey? As for "Holmes", Nunes is definitely more powerful than Holm.
