i’d say back lat spread goes to ‘99 solely because of how insane the christmas tree looks in it

'03 is like legitimately 25lbs more muscle than '99 and probably better conditioning, and only marginally worse shape. It's hard to not put that ahead tbh. If they actually got put next to eachother under same lightning I think the size difference would be extremely noticeable.

The lighting in 99 British Grand Prix makes a big difference.

image there was vids on Y.T. of 2001 A/C prejudging!!! Only thing i've seen is night show with reddish - pink bright lighting!! Denis James stated "Ronnie looked as if someone peeled the skin off him!". In this i like 99' more lighting helps but he's a bit sharper also less left side atrophy visual. Doesn't help he never posed well in certain poses, but i guess he was so outrageous he could get away with it!!

He is dryer in 2003 prejudging, almost as dry as 1998. What changed from the moment Ronnie reached the 280lbs mark is that his head appeared to be smaller compared to the rest of his body while his proportions remained unchanged. You can notice that in the front lat spread. Obviously his head didn't shrunk so it might come from the muscle he gained.
