Poetry in motion when you watch Ronnie play. Other players look to technical and robotic, and with Ronnie even though he’s had plenty of coaching in his career he’s incorporated a great technique into his own natural movements and grooves the same every time which is key. Not to mention he has the best cue action in the game which is why he can control the cueball so well. His gameplay brain is better than anybody else’s, he picks the right shot every time. Knows and angles of the table, a great shot creator and splits the pack in particular ways no other player can. He’s the master of snooker.

Before he's Dad got out of jail Ronnie O'Sullivan won 3 Worlds,4 UKs and 4 Masters but from about 12 months after he's Dad came out Ronnie spent most of that time helping his Dad get back to normal life.I remember in the 2011 World Final he was on Twitter all day talking about Higgins and Trump and how they were playing then 2012 Season started he was 4-1 down in the first round of the German Masters and looked like he was about to loose and be outside the top 16 but then he came back and won the match vs higginson and went on to win the tournament and since then he's won 30 tournaments with 4 worlds 3 Masters and 3 UKs and now he's got his hands on almost every single record in Snooker. He has been the best I've ever seen since taking the year off and coming back to win it again.He got his revenge on Selby by being the only guy to beat him at the 1 table in the worlds since Selby won his first world by beating him and he won his 7th by beating the great Higgins and then beating an in his prime Trump.Greatest ever question anymore?No

Totally agree. I also remember that 2011 season and especially the German Masters, his first title in quite a while. I remember the talk about him back then, he was considered a great talent, but an under-achiever who'se career was about to be over, him being in his mid- to late thirties. All he did since then was becoming the undisputed goat.
@Andy-Bodhi2 жыл бұрын
Nice comment. I agree almost entirely. I'm sure that Reardon shaped him up a bot but I'd say he was still the greatest a good few years before that. there was only really Higgins in the convo as Hendry had a poorer safety game pre 'Reardon Ronnie'. I think looked haired Ronnie of 2004 was when he had put enough of the past behind him and had enough battle scars and experience to be the best. I mean.. his 2008 WC was up there with his 2012 which is probably the best Ronnie at WC we have seen and therefore best tournament performance. I think Ronnie 2022 trump 2019 and Murphy 2005 compare. there was some great all tournament play that has been unmatched. hell I'll throw Hendry 1994 in there too...
