Hello Ladies & Gentlemen and as always, thank you for watching!! I hope my viewers are enjoying the new 4K videos!! Imagine, it was a dark and stormy night. A family was driving along the interstate, when all of a sudden the car starting spinning out of control. The occupants held on for dear life as the car spun and hit the guard rail and kept spinning and hitting more things they couldn't see. Air bags burst from their compartments scaring the family even more than they already were. The car kept spinning until it hit the fresh mud from all the rain and, then, the car started to roll and roll. Loose items flying through the car's interior in all directions, hitting the occupants as they were whipped in whatever direction the force took them!!! Finally, the car stopped rolling and everyone inside realized they were upside-down. "Must get out!!! Is everyone Okay???" One by one they checked to see if they were injured and tried to comprehend what had just happened. Now to get out of this thing before it catches on fire!!! Seatbelts jammed tight. Doors stuck closed. Frantic, seatbelts were cut and glass was busted. One person out. Another person out.... Finally all out of the car with no serious injuries. Rain falling, now they are wet, scared, and disoriented. Then the faint sound of sirens. The sound got louder and louder until, finally, help had arrived. Ok, ok, so I don't know if this is what actually happened, but it could have been. I try to remember what people have gone through when we show up to an incident. On this dark and stormy night, Ethan and I are called to assist. Ethan brings our Peterbilt 337 unit #10 with a Miller Industries 4024, 20 ton towing and recovery unit. I bring our Peterbilt 337 with a Miller Industries LCG12 rollback, or tilt tray to some. We quickly go to work to right the vehicle back onto its wheels, then load it for transport back to our shop. Did I mention that it was a dark and stormy night? I'm truly grateful the occupants of the vehicle weren't seriously injured after a crash like this. Special thanks to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, North Scott County Ambulance, Scott County Sheriff's Department, NBC Fire Department, and Scott City Fire Department!!! We all work as a team I hope you all enjoy this video!!! Thanks for watching and God bless!!!

My common analogy, "there are many ways to reach 10". I could have approached this (any) job several different ways. The approach method is important, but more important is achieving the desired result, safely.
Again, a very special thank you to all my viewers, family, and friends who having taken the time to show their support. May God bless and protect you all!!!

Any crash is scary, but that must of been one of the scariest. I was in a partial rollover when I was 18 and still get flashbacks to it. I gave up driving 3 weeks afterwards and have never been happier. Will be getting back in a car for the first time since then next year, so I am hoping I never have to face anything like that again. It stays with you, no matter how much you try to move on from it. Glad the occupants were ok!

A college roommate did not have a driver's license. She had been an innocent back seat passenger in three different bad car wrecks before she had even graduated high school. Eventually, when we were in our early thirties, she decided that she needed to be able to legally drive, in case of an emergency, even if she still chose to never own a car. She found a reputable driving school in the city. They took it carefully and more slowly than normal, due to her trauma history. They helped her to gain the knowledge and the confidence needed. She went with the instructor; and used the school's vehicle, to the DMV for the practical driving exam. She passed on her first try. To my knowledge, she still doesn't have a car, and she still doesn't drive. But she has the peace of mind to be able to still get safely home if the original driver becomes impaired. It's possible to find a way past the trauma. Believe in yourself. Do it at your own pace. You got this.

Hubby and I just discovered you and wow, have we learned a lot. Most of his adult life he has 'driven' a 300 ton crane in the ports of Miami and Houston. He has been able to 'splain' a lot of the angles and numbers. The one thing I have questioned is the lack of Police, local and/or state, assistance as to closing off a lane that is so close to where you are working on a 'case' In Florida they almost close off too much to protect the workers or victims. I do appreciate your teachings to those involved and those that might be thinking of getting into the 'tow' business. Sorry to hear about your Dad...stay well and safe and for sure God Bless.

Ron, your account in the description above of what happened and thinking that it could happen to me or anyone is real and made me think...!!! I had a lump in my throat just thinking about it as I read what you described. You did an excellent job describing & detailing it out what happened or what could have happened...! Wow... To me anyway, You made it REAL and Come to Life...!!! My Wife and I drive slower and are always cautious when on the road knowing that this could happen at any time. I see a lot of people driving too fast which is scarry in and of itself... I'm surmising the Deer ran in front of the car. Driver swerved to miss the deer and had the accident... We see it happen all the time here... Deer running across roads and drivers hitting them... Wow... Some of your videos should be shown in driver training schools to show what can happen if one is not careful on the road. You guys are amazing...!!! I Just want to say Thank You So Much for sharing your videos because I know it makes me even more cautious on the road with my eyes WIDE OPEN...! Whenever I see a tow truck or Wrecker picking up a vehicle I say " There goes a Ron Prat".. My wife agrees and smiles... Always nice to see Father and Son working together...! Nice job guys...!

To clear a road a lot quicker we usually just hook onto a seatbelt - plenty strong enough for a small car and we use wheel straps instead of chains (UK), much quicker and less likely to damage - although if it's been on it's roof that's not normally a problem! We use J hooks all the time but with straps instead of chains so no chance of marking a bumper.
