We drove 1000 km with this. Nobody objected. Many cars travel with roof carriers, I don't think it should be issue

How the sunroof opens after installation. Can you please share

Sunroof opens and closes. But you cannot stand or peep out from sunroof as roofbox comes over sunroof partially.
